Perth, AustraliaCosy cottage in a forest setting
Left on 01/09/2013 for a stay in January 2013
A cute little cottage fully equiped with everything you need for a self catering stay. Best suited for a family with children. There is a very comfortable queen sized bed but the 2 single beds were a little small for my 6 foot tall teenagers.
The forest setting is lovely, it was very peaceful sitting on the balcony watching the bird life, drinking the local wine and eating the local olives. We were in Demark during a very hot week but it was still very cool amongst the trees.
The cottage is a 5 minute drive from Ocean Beach in one direction and another 5 minutes to the town in the other direction. There's large supermarket in the town, many very good coffee shops and a very good bakery.
It was a mobile phone dead spot - we needed to walk up to the road outside to get coverage. -

Southampton, United KingdomA perfect, peaceful little haven
Left on 11/11/2012 for a stay in November 2012
We have just returned from staying at Green Leaves with some friends and we all loved it there, didn't want to leave! The cabin is extremely well equipped and very comfortable. Lovely, toasty, wood burning fire and a large balcony, which is frequently visited by local birds. Although the Kookaburras didn't make an appearance, we saw plenty of Galahs and Parrots. There are glimpses of Wilson Inlet through the gumtrees.
The location of the chalet is an easy 5 minute drive from Denmark's town centre. We sampled some of the local wineries, all great. Highly recommend Single File Winery, and for a hearty meal, the Denmark Tavern.
We can't recommend Green Leaves enough, a perfect place to unwind and relax. We will definitely be making a return visit. -

Very quiet, a lot of flora and fauna (birds), kitchen well equipped for cooking, location just out of town in a very heavily wooded area with neighbours along the street.

PerthA cosy, picturesque home away from home.
Left on 08/24/2012 for a stay in July 2012
Green Leaves is a delightful country style cottage set amidst the beautiful towering forest trees. It is extremely well appointed with everything you need, comfortable lounges and beds which were perfect for our family of five. The wood fire was lovely as we were there in winter, and the barbeque on the balcony would be great in warmer weather. The interior is stunning with timber floors and pannelled walls and ceiling, and is thoughtfully decorated with lots of pictures and wall hangings, giving it that very 'homey' feel. One of the best things about it for our kids was the very friendly bird wildlife that came to the back balcony every morning for a visit and a bite to eat. It is ideally located, being close to town and a great base from which to visit all the lovely places in Denmark. All in all we found this place to be very relaxing and it felt just like coming home at the end of each day out. I can definately recommend this place to anyone who is after a cosy, relaxing holiday. The owners, who I chatted to on the phone were very friendly and helpful and there were no problems at all. We hope to go back one day.

CapelThe perfect weekend getaway.
Left on 08/24/2012 for a stay in August 2012
We love this place. It's in the perfect spot, surrounded by tall trees and very friendly birds who always love a feed.
The a-Frame cottage is beautiful and very cosy. I love nothing more than to sit in front of the roaring fire with a glass of local wine watching the birds feed on the deck.
The place is fitted out with everything you need for weekend or even a week away in one of the most beautiful spots in the country.
It's clean, it's very well presented and it's very reasonably priced.
We love coming here in the winter and I'm looking forward to visiting in the summer too.
