Fully equipped recently updated Cape Cod getaway located on a quiet side road within walking distance to warm water Nantucket Sound beaches. (This is a single family home, not part of a cottage colony or condo complex, it's the only rental on the street.) The cottage boasts a large master bedroom with a king size bed, second bedroom with two twin beds and a pull out full size sofa bed in the livingroom. The cottage was perfect for our weekend away. We ventured to the cape for a wedding and I was so happy we found the cottage because of the location and price.

We are a family with two older children (15 and 12 years) and one Baby. The cottage was perfect for all of us und we liked it very much. We could find there everything, what we needed. Something to play for the children, a babybed and a highchair an a full equipped kitchen. We find it very good, to have a wachingmachine and a dryer, so we could go home with clean clothes in the suitcase.
We went to Provincetwon for whale wachting an we can really recommend this trip. -

We staye in the cottage for one week after labor day. We liked the cottage very much, because it was beautiful and clean and we had everything, we needed. It was very good to have a dryer and a washing machine, so we could wash all our things, before coming home. Also we had a babybed and a high chair for the baby and the kichen was full equipped. It was very relaxing, because Morris Road is a really calm street.
We went to different beaches and also to Provincetowm for Whale wachting, what I can really recommend. -

This cottage is quite possibly the nicest I have every stayed in on Cape Cod- in my many summers there. Mark and Lynn go out of their way to maintain an incredibly comfortable and well equipped property, which has everything you could possibly need, and is cute to boot! I cannot wait to come back- our only regret was that we weren't there longer!

We stayed at Morris Road, Dennisport for two weeks June 10th to 24th 2012. We had a wonderful time made all the better because our beautiful cottage had everything we needed to make our stay perfect. Lynn and Mark have thought of all the things you could need for a very enjoyable holiday - coolers, beach chairs, bug candles, washer/dryer, childrens toys, small hair dryer, the list goes on...The cottage was spotless when we arrived and the chocolate surprises on the table were a really nice touch. As we had travelled from Ireland it was especially nice that linens and towels (even beach towels) were provided therefore avoiding all that extra luggage. The kitchen was very well stocked and although we did not get to use it there was a lobster pot too. We really loved the cottage and it's location which was only a half mile to two beaches, about a 7 minute walk. Sundae School is close by for an ice cream treat and BZ,s is great for pizza. A visit to the Islands is a must and information on all the boat times etc. are in an information pack at the cottage.
If you want a truly beautiful Cape Cod cottage to stay at then stay here...you will not be disappointed. -

We stayed here last summer and are going again this summer. Loved the location as we could walk to the awesome beach and to town. Being able to put our bikes in the shed was a nice bonus. Cottage is very cute and very clean - had everything we needed. The owners were wonderful! My favorite place was the deck - quiet, peaceful, relaxing. Can't wait to get back to our Cape Cod vacation spot! Highly recommend it!
