“Roomy, inside and out”
Wonderfully large bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom for a small Cape cottage. Yard is big enough for some really run-around good-time games. Washer and dryer in basement work well, porch is nice and airy… More

“The rental exceeded all expectations”
The home was found to very comfortable and clean. It was very convenient to everything. Would probably need a/c in Mid July and august

“The cottage was tranquil, clean, lovely.”
Loved the cottage and the location. It was a little more money than I had planned. Only comments: a few screens were torn; porch was wonderful; wish there were railings on front and back stairs.
