Two bedrooms with ocean views and upper deck access. Each side offers four bedrooms and one and 1/2 baths, living rooms, kitchens, washers/dryers, dishwashers and microwaves. Perfect property for getting together yet still maintaining some individual space. Mini split AC units located in all upstairs bedrooms and living rooms (on both sides), window units in both basements. This home has been completely updated with fresh paint, new air conditioning units, outdoor showers, appliances, mattresses and a game room, which includes a foosball table, air hockey table, stereo, Nintendo and large flat screen tv. The game room has a queen sleeper sofa for additional sleeping. This home also has a rollaway ping pong table in the garage. This home has something for everyone!
