Nice house...extra section with 2bedrooms with bunk beds and 2bathrooms great w families w kids! Laundry a plus and nice yard. Beach walk not too bad about 2 blocks. Great area for families.

Wanted to love it
Southeastern CTTired and rundown, not my idea of quaint
Left on 03/28/2013 for a stay in August 2012
The cottage was dirty, the furniture obvious garage sale cast offs and the decor vintage dollar store. Then Martha Murray had the audacity to charge us a cleaning fee when it was cleaner when we left than when we arrived! Sorry, but having to disenfect the shower before using it and the ancient and wheezing window unit air conditioner...our "vacation' accomodations were unpleaseant to say the least. Luckily we cut it short when the weather turned bad. This is one to avoid.

We pride ourselves on being available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for any and all tenant concerns. For our guests, we are happy to come over immediately if the conditions of the home do not meet your expectations. In addition, Martha Murray Vacation Rentals does not charge a cleaning fee, but we do take a cleaning deposit for first time guests, which you get back as long as the home is left in good condition.
