Quintessential waterfront 4 bedrooms, 2 bath home with water views that exude Cape Cod charm. The home offers parking for 2-3 cars, a large sunroom with some water views, a shared private beach with staircase to beautiful sandy ocean. The kitchen is open to a nice kitchen nook for early morning coffee or tea and a large dining area for the whole family. There is a small walkway to a patio area and small deck at the top of the ocean beach staircase. (The garage is not for tenants use). All bedrooms are on the 2nd floor.
