Response from the manager Thank you for taking the time to review 13 Bayberry. We are glad that you liked the home. We do everything that we can to get all of our guest checked in as early as possible, even though your lease states check in is at 2PM. Unfortunately, during the busy season, most check ins will be closer to 2 PM due to the high volume of homes that need to be cleaned, and sometimes even with having 40+ cleaning crews, we do run over that 2 PM check in. We apologize for the inconvenience it caused you and your family, but we do want every property to be up to your cleanliness standards before you enter the home. We are sorry that you were disappointing with our customer service, and we will take your comments into consideration for future circumstances.
