Description
Our house is in the very desirable section of Dennisport south of Lower County Road. Once you step out the front door, it is a 2 minute walk (less than 2/10ths of a mile) to beautiful Sea Street Beach. This is great and saves you the daily $20 parking fee for the Dennis beaches! Restrooms and a great new eatery are right there at the beach! We have 3 large size bedrooms, one with bunk beds and a twin bed, and the other two with Queens. There is also a full pull out couch in the living room. We have a huge private backyard with a classic Cape Cod outdoor shower. The famous Sundae School Ice Cream Parlor is a short 10 minute walk away. Cute downtown shops are in the village and of course there is always mini golf! Kayaking, boating and bicycling are right down the road. You will love it here! NO PETS PLEASE! COVID UPDATE - Everything is open on the Cape! Restaurants are available for take out, pick up and dine in. Beaches, stores, golf, and games are open. We are cleaning now with new products that will sanitize and sterilize the house before you arrive. If you have any questions or concerns, please reach out and ask!

“Looks just like the photos!”
We stayed the weekend for a soccer tournament and the house was exactly like the photos! It was clean and had everything we needed. My daughter also loved the short walk to the beach!

Response from the owner We are so sorry that you found the house messy. I wish you told us when we spoke to you when you checked in on Saturday and called us on Wednesday and we would of had the cleaners return and reclean the house immediately. The house is a pet free house, if the previous renters brought their pets I was unaware and I will investigate that now. We just contacted the landscaper and he sent us pictures of the back yard. It is indeed weedy and he said due to the hot weather they are running rampant this year. I apologize for that and we are taking care of that now. As far a overgrown I will disagree. The pictures I included were taken in Spring and in the summer it is more lush with growth. We hope you had a nice time with your family and enjoy the rest of the summer.
