HOW ACCESSIBLE AND CONVENIENT IS BAKER CENTRAL? Totally! Baker Central (89) - “Very Walkable” according to Walk Score but if you ask us, we’d give it 5 stars for convenience. Also near 6th Ave and I-25 which is the merge of Denvers north/south and east/west highways. Baker is a great neighborhood to experience if you are looking to be in Denver, Downtown, LoDo, LoHi, Highlands, Cherry Creek, Cap Hill, Cheesman, Wash Park, and DU. WHAT WILL MY LIVING SPACE BE LIKE? Way cooler than a hotel. And with 5x the space! Sleeping for up to seven (between two separate bedroom areas) on the lower level and a loft with twins. Cooking, hanging and relaxing for the entire party included and an outdoor deck. The kitchen is decked out for entertaining guests and cooking meals. And yes there is a grill! We’ve taken care to provide many extras like spices, coffee, olive oil, and sugar so you won’t be running to the store time and time again. Great central location for gathering groups of people together. Baker Central comes with FREE street parking.

WHICH PERKS ARE INCLUDED? Perks are free of charge. How about laundry and a kitchen with a dishwasher? Full size too. Another awesome plus; WIRELESS and CABLE. You can even watch a few movies on us; just don’t get too crazy! Housekeeping is included upon departure but can also be provided on short notice request. And one other really great perk? Me! Your own local concierge… although Siri may be better with directions.

HOW FAR AWAY AM I FROM EVERYTHING? A stone’s throw away! The airport ride will take you about 30 minutes. But after arriving you’ll have the city and Broadway’s social scene at your door and the lightrail.

-----?Live local (5 minutes) - Throw some sunglasses on and head out the door in whatever attire you choose. Flip-flops and a winter jacket are very normal everyday Denver attire. Gas, breakfast burritos, DONUTS, coffee and liquor just steps away. Did we mention the Punch Bowl Social is down the street?

-----?Get Moving (15 minutes) – Grab your runners or flip-flops and head out to explore. Tons of cool pocket neighborhoods, Cherry Creek Trail and downtown; all in a day’s travels.

WHAT’S THE SLEEPING SITUATION? (4-7)

Three separate sleeping areas offer more flexibility. Two private bedrooms with queen beds, small closets and one a private master bath. The second bedroom is immediately adjacent to the second bathroom which serves as the powder as well. A loft with two twins and rollaway twin offer a highly flexible space and can be used for additional sleeping. Two twin beds can be separated or combined to accommodate children, couples or singles.

  Very cute place! Nicely decorated and suitable for a nice vacation. Kitchen is well appointed (bring your own salt and pepper). Warm and has pretty much everything you could want. Very nice location.
  
  The beds and pillows are the worst in any rental I have ever had. Remember to bring your own hand soap, shampoo and the like if you care about that. The company cheaped out a bit and the half-bars of soap (actually cut in half) provided will make sandpaper of your skin and hair.
  
  A note of caution: this is a company-run place and they are more than happy to charge as many extra fees as they possibly can.

  Thank you for the comments! We work to provide as many extras as possible in our rentals including condiments, coffee, salt and pepper. Many guests bring their own beauty products however for those that do not, WE provide shampoo, conditioner, and IVORY soap. And instead of throwing away full bars of soap that are used once or twice our cleaners came up with the idea to hand cut soaps in 1/2 to accommodate short trips. Super smart and less waste all around. Great idea!

  I was a little sketchy about using this form of lodging vs a traditional hotel. The property was beyond what I could have expected. Location was perfect and it was reasonable to get anywhere by cab. I will be using other Citrus Labs Properties in my future travels to Denver and I recommend them highly. Big Thanks to Jennifer the Owner. Our concert was made that much better knowing we had a wonderful "home" to retire to after all the fun.
