We just spent one month here while visiting family for the holidays. It is typically a 55plus building with some extra executive, fully furnished apartments for rent. The property is in Capitol Hill, an elegant , upscale neighborhood of Denver- close to all you could want. We took our grandchildren to Cheesman Park- minutes away and enjoyed the nearby restaurants.We liked the security of the building. The management there, Sandra Sage, is just wonderful. She has a great staff who attends to all the needs of the tenants. And, they have some pretty incredible dinners, celebrations, coffee all day, and varied events that are included in the rent. There is even a bus that will take you shopping on scheduled days. There are great common areas everyone enjoys. Our apartment was wonderful-fully furnished and everything works properly. It was a great visit and we plan to go back!!
