This 450 square foot apartment is on the second floor of a five unit Victorian style house. It is furnished with all linens, towels, and paper products. Uptown is a historic, quiet neighborhood neighborhood with shady streets and flagstone sidewalks. Walk two doors down and you are in the heart of Restaurant Row, UPTOWN. At your feet are two great restaurants (Parallel 17 and Limon) and a casual bar. Within one block distance is Strings (a top-rated restaurant in Denver), D Bar (an award winning Desert Bar), 7-11, and Qdoaba. Walk another block and you will find Starbucks, coffee shops, fast food, bars, restaurants, and shops.
Take advantage of Denver's sunshine and rent B-Cycles just two blocks down.
City Park and Chessman Park are a few blocks away.
Downtown, Botanic Gardens, Museums, and the Civic Center are a one mile walk.

This is a lovely apartment for one or two people. Just the right size for me, and I absolutely loved the character of the apartment. The bed was very comfortable with a nice selection of pillows. Jeanne and Juve were extremely helpful and accommodating. They gave us great suggestions and seemed to really know the Denver area. I really enjoyed being able to walk everywhere. It's so great to be around the corner from my son. Thank you for your care and generosity. Thank you also for the small treats, they were a nice welcome.
