Cute and well appointed home in very quiet neighborhood near downtown. Perfect location - 1.5 miles to Lower Downtown (LODO), 1 mile to Highlands Square and 8 blocks to Sloan’s Lake. Nice short walk/ride to Broncos games too, no need to pay for parking!
This little brick ranch has all that you need. Nice updated kitchen, hardwood floors, yard, and covered patio. Big windows in the front room provide lots of natural light and Colorado sunshine. Carport and off-street parking included.

We stayed at the Little Brick House for a week. The location is awesome! Not far from all the major attractions, as well as easy access to other highways, etc. Kelly was great to work with. She made sure I had whatever I needed. I would definitely stay here again if I plan to visit the Denver area.
