This unique row home has 4 bedrooms and 2 baths. The home can be rented in any configuration. From a one bedroom one bath for use by a single couple to the full 4 bed 2 bath for as many as 6. We simply have the maid come by and lock off any unused bedrooms you won't need and price the stay accordingly. Please see rates below.

The home has been set up for complete relaxation and entertaining, THREE (3) Flat Screen TVs with Cable, Secured Wireless Internet access throughout the house, there is even a home office complete with a Dell computer system-- so you don't have to lug your laptop with you.

Terms: 50% deposit required at time of booking. A one-time cleaning fee of $100. Cancellatons must be made no later than 60 days prior to arrival in order to avoid the 50% cancellation fee. Holidays and holiday weekends are always subject to the cancellation fee.
