Bike to to the LoHi. 10 min drive to the heart of Downtown Denver, including the Convention Center, Arts Complex, Coors Field, Mile High Stadium (the locals STILL call it Mile High) and Lodo. Walk to Tennyson St District or Regis University.

- All Event Gatherings - $1 / stay - Other - Home rental does NOT include events, such as parties, BBQs, Bridal Showers, Family Reunions, Dinner Parties with guests not included on rental agreement or other gatherings which are not included in rental agreement. Additional events must have prior approval and a fee MAY apply. Standard full Day Event Facilities Rental is $500 per day.
