Take just a few steps to be on the sandy beach. Sea It All definitely has it all! The kitchen and dining room are a part of a delightful open floor plan. The cozy living room has ample seating, a gas fireplace, flat screen cable TV and a breath-taking view from the huge windows and deck. Clean and comfortable. Great location for visiting Newport or Lincoln City. Fun beach place. Advertised for 6 but only 5 dinner plates and mix match of glasses and other dishes.

We loved this condo! You can sit on the couch or in the chairs and see the ocean anytime. Slept with the bedroom window cracked so we could hear the ocean crashing on the shores at night. Built a fire right out front of living room one night and enjoyed hot chocolate :-) You are literally on the ocean in 1min from this property. It is also close to eating places and the bigger town of Lincoln City. I would definitely go again! One of my most favorite and memorable vacations.
