The house is located in the Upper Delaware River Valley. Located in Deposit, NY, it is on the no-kill section of the West Branch of the Delaware River.
It is west of the Catskills, with Roscoe 30 minutes to the southeast. The Southern Tier of NY starts 30 miles to the west in Binghamton. The Finger Lakes Wine Country is 1 1/2 hours away. Cooperstown is 1 1/2 hours away. In the summer there are music festivals near by, small town theater/dinner theater, and lakeside dining 10 minutes away.
