We rent an apartment on Lake Como in a village called Dervio only 50 meters far from the lakeside and from the beach.
two bedrooms, big livingroom, kitchen, two bathrooms, garden, car parking.
ideal for a quiet holiday on the Lake, only 10 kilometers far from varenna and the ferry to Bellagio, only 100 meyters far from the pier for cruise on the Lake.
Dervio ia a village famous for water sports expecially for windsurf, kitesurf and sailing, and is a perfect place to spend an holiday with the family and to visit the most famous places of the Lake.
Also in winter time is a good place for your winter holiday.

we are very close to the most important place for sking .. we are only one hour by car far from ENGADINE AND S. MORITZ, Madesimo, Bormio, Valmalenco. You can go and came in one day from SWITZERLAND.
