The 5 two bed room apartments can comfortably accommodate up to six people.

The prices include the use of water, electricity, gas, a change of bed linen and towels per week and the final cleaning of the apartment.
It does not include the local tax of €0.50 per day per person ( 12 year old and up) for reservations from April to September.
Extra services on request:
- the apartment cleaning 18 Euro for one bedroom apartments and 22 Euro for two bedroom apartments
- towel and bed linen change 8 Euro per person
- extra single bed 10 Euro
An ADVANCE PAYMENT of 30% of the total rental rate is required at the time of reservation.
The BALANCE OF RENT along with a deposit of €200 is due on the arrival date. The deposit
is NOT applied toward rent; however,it is fully refundable on the day of departure provided NO damage
is done to property or its contents,beyond normal wear and tear.
Payment Methods Accepted: Bank transfers and debit / major credit card payments.
While linens and bath towels are included in the unit and changed at no charge every 7 days, daily
Housekeeping service is not included in the rental rate.However,it is available on request, at an additional cost
We do not permit bath towels or linens to be taken from the property, but we provide extra beach towels

We can't praise this apartment more highly, it was beautifully furnished, sparkling clean, and very comfortable.
We don't usually gush about our holiday accommodation, but this really is quite exceptional in the high standards shown throughout the building and garden, and the top quality attention to detail given by the owner.
Antonio the owner couldn't have been more helpful, he collected us from the train station, quite late at night, and also dropped us off there at the end of our stay.
Our advice is to book, and find out for yourselves! -

Excellent service from antonio. He was at hand for all our needs. He was very knowledgeable about the area, and gave us lots of info, about what to do in the area. The apartment was excellent, and very clean and comfortable. The location was ideal very close to the beach and the centre of town. Excellent holiday.

It's hard to write this review without over-using words like wonderful, amazing & great!
I have stayed for a week in this beautiful house which is brand new, but somehow it feels very cozy, warm and home-like.
Besides the very comfortable, spacious, elegant & stylish rooms, the house has a gorgeous terrace above, great for relaxing in the evening or sunbathing during the day.
Location is perfect, on a quiet street so you can rest and relax while you are there, yet very close to the center and just 5 minutes away from the lake (my morning jog was sheer delight)
Antonio and adriana, the owners are extremely friendly and helpful and can advise you regarding the best places to visit (or to drink a delicious capuccino) or they can help you with airport pick up and so on.
I would recommend this amazing place to anyone looking for a vacation in style! -

This newly constructed low-rise, reasonably priced, exceedingly comfortable and very well-equipt, is well located (15 minutes from the Lake) in a lovely "real" neighbourhood that allows one to appreciate the charm of Desenzano, an often overlooked town. It is run by a wonderful couple who are extremely helpful and solicitous to their guests and very enthusiastic about the area. It definately offers good value and an excellent alternative to staying on a tourist strip closer to the Lake.

We had a fantastic holiday at these apartments. The apartments are awesome. They are new, well decorated and really well laid out. The location is great and very easy to get around. On top of all that the hosts (Antonio and his wife) are brilliant. They are extremely helpful and really want to make sure you have a great stay. We arrived very late at night and this was no problem at all.
We highly recommend staying here!! -

Our apartment was absolutely beautiful and immaculate - I could've eaten my dinner off the floor! The garden was perfect for us and the roof terrace was like something out of a film. Antonio and adriana were so helpful and friendly, we couldn't fault the service. The location was great; not far from town and the lake and there was a handy supermarket round the corner as well as many restaurants nearby. Everything was all we could wish for and more - impossible to fault!

My husband and I stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment at Residenza Ciro e Catina for a week in July, 2012 for a relaxing break between Germany and Cinque Terre and Rome. The apartment in a brand new building was immaculate. The pictures are not exaggerated or doctored. The apartment was decorated in a sort of "Modern Italian Pottery Barn" and everything is fresh and new. The 2 bedroom apartment has its own garden space. Although we were able to park on the street right in front of the house there is underground parking available. (This is very important in Desenzano! Parking is at a premium.) The building and area are quiet. The roof terrace is beautiful.
The Desenzano del Garda area is beautiful and the perfect place for a relaxing vacation with swimming, sightseeing, shopping and, of course, eating!
Antonio and adriana are wonderful hosts. They speak and write impeccable English and are very willing to help out navigating Italian. They even took us to a store to help us pick out the "correct" Limoncello!

This is a beautiful apartment. It was really easy to get to - very near the train station. It is only a ten minute walk to the town centre.
The apartments are done up beautifully and have everything in them that you would need for your holiday. Would definitely recommend!

The apartment itself was new, clean and everything we hoped for. Towels, bed linen and dishes were included and taken care of. For bigger group another toilet would be nice, but for a group of 4 one toilet is just enough.
The location is perfect for a travelers with or without a car. On an lovely, quiet neighbourhood, with supermarkets nearby, train station is on an walking distance, and there's just a 10 minute walk to the waterfront. The shore itself was nice and cosy with many good restaurants.
The owner of the apartment was very friendly, kind and flexible. Big thanks to you antonio! You made our stay even more delightful at the georgeous lake Garda. I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone! -

Very good and comfortable apartment. Near bus stop, supermarket, restaurants and walking distance to the lake. A little far from the train station but the free Wifi was a big plus.

Myself and my fiancee have just returned from a trip to Desenzano. It was one of the nicest places we have ever stayed. Adriana and antonio have done an amazing job on the apartments - the design is beautiful and every need is catered for. Cooker, washing machine, dishwasher, dining table, loads of storage, all crockery etc and 2 huge flat screen tvs! The roof top is really nice too. Well laid out with sunloungers and tables and chairs - perfect for chilling in the sun or having a drink.
The apartments are located in a nice quiet area but less than a 10min walk from the center of Desenzano. Theres a nice little bar around the corner and bike rental only 5 mins or so away by foot.
Above all adriana and antonio are so nice and went above and beyond being helpful. We would 100% recommend these apts to stay in and hope to back in the future ourselves! -

We had such a lovely stay in this beautiful apartment in Lake Garda.
Myself and the group I travelled with had an amazing time and this apartment is fantastic. Really great location (the centre is a scenic 10 minute walk away) lots of space and extremely well maintained and clean.
We travelled with a 1 year old and everything was there for all of us.
Great value for money and lovely owners. Highly recommended. We'll be back!!

We stayed in the two bedroomed apartment for 4 weeks. The location was excellent, walking distance to several supermarkets, the mall and in the other direction through the small streets leading to the lungolago, the many piazzas on the lake front. The apartment was clean, modern, spacious and light. We had a lovely garden and the terrace on the roof was lovely, with great views. Antonio and adriana were exceptionally helpful and kind, they really looked after us. They were keen to help us in any way. We would definately recommend to our friends and would stay there again. Perfect.

Very clean apartment. Nicely presented. It was on a quiet residential street. Well equipped for a baby - highchair and cot (but no bath). Antonio the owner was exceptionally helpful - he provided information about local activities, food and drink. Short walk into centre of Desenzano, to small local supermarket and to the lake and ferries. Walking distance to the train station and short drive to the motorway.

Abbiamo soggiornato alla Residenza Ciro e Catina per il Capodanno 2012 e sono sicura di poter dire che una volta o l'altra tornerò! Appartamento nuovo, non mancava assolutamente nulla..Pulizia ineccepibile, proprietari disponibilissimi e molto gentili; per non parlare della zona, neanche 10 minuti a piedi dal centro. Da provare!!

Abbiamo alloggiato al residence Ciro e Catina la notte dell'ultimo dell'anno 2011, e devo dire che sono stata sorpresa dalla bellezza dell'appartamento; noi eravamo in 4 e abbiamo alloggiato presso il trilocale più ampio, tutto l'arredamento era nuovissimo pulito e accogliente;un fattore positivo da aggiungere è che si trova a dieci minuti a piedi dal centro di Desenzano. Il proprietario oltre ad essere cortese e gentile, ci ha dato la disponibilità di arrivare e lasciare l'alloggio a qualsiasi ora (cosa molto gradita vista l'occasione di fine anno)!! all'interno abbiamo trovato tutto il necessario per poter condurre il nostro soggiorno senza difficoltà. Lo consigliamo a tutti e spero di tornarci presto.

We stayed at antonio's apartments and we enjoyed the luxurious yet cozy, quiet place. The apartments are so comfortable that you feel like at home. The terrace on the rooftop is amazing: you can relax and chat to your friends while drinking your morning coffee at breakfast, in the same time admiring the stunning view over the lake. If you want to go to the lake, in 5 minutes walk you are in the very center of the lake promenade of Desenzano del Garda. The street is quiet and you can park your car in front of the house. If you want to travel by train, the train station is 20 minutes walk from the house. There are shops nearby as well.
