We had a wonderful time. The condo was in excellent condition and
the appointments were in excellent condition. Only the ice maker in the fridge was nonfunctional. The receptioness was very helpful. -

checking in in prime season on a saturday is always a hastle, no carts available, 5:45 pm availability, it would be nice to book thursday to thursday or friday to friday, this would cut down on everyone arriving on saturday. the condo and properity is great we really enjoy the inside hall ways.

W905 was really nice. The decor was attractive and the furniture was clean and comfortable. The lounge chair on the deck was especially nice. The kitchen was well equipped which came in handy when we entertained some friends for dinner. We collectively had no complaints whatsoever with the place. We'll ask for it again when we return.

Was very happy with the condo we rented. The place was immaculate and decorated beautifully. The view from the balcony was fantastic! Well situated in Destin and easy to reach just about everything. You get what you pay for and we wanted an upscale place.

The first half of my trip was spent with my husband as we celebrated our 24th wedding anniversary. Due to work commitments, he had to leave and girlfriends came for the second half.
We love coming to Destin in the fall. The condo is just perfect for 4 people and we had a terrific time. Our only complaint is the internet service. The service is expensive and does not work consistently. I would rather have the internet service cost built in to the weekly rental. I've stayed at Silver Beach Towers three times and we've had trouble with the service each time. That is the only complaint! -

Very nice unit, but very pricey, but discounts really helped. Had great difficulty connecting to Internet. Needs maps and list of local restaurants. Could not find a workout room. Needs a cutting board in kitchen.

The lady at Compass Resorts told us she would call when condo was ready since we had a toddler with us. She never called. Beach service was good even though they always sat us to the very far right. We love SBT and have stayed at several condos at this location. This particular condo needs to replace the nasty carpet with tile. Beds and pillows were great. Probably wouldn't stay at this one again due to the carpet. Loved the view and loved that the weather was totally perfect this year. Toddler loved the double lounger on balcony.

We have stayed at Silver Beach Towers 3 times previously and our stay ay 905W was the best. The condo was very clean, the appliances all worked well although the dryer was somewhat noisy. There were plenty of linens and my wife and I really enjoyed the double sized lounge on the balcony. Oh, and we had perfect weather after Tropical Storm Lee cleared out. But our only complaint was both the pools were "cold" compared to the gulf. We didn't spend much time in them. When we stayed in the spring one of the pools was heated.

This condo was great! I went with my husband and another couple and it was great having 2 king beds that both opened onto the balcony. The view was great and we enjoyed the comfort of this condo.

We were very comfortable in our unit and loved the beach and the beach service. The outdoor chairs at the table are very uncomfortable to sit on. I wish they would replace them, because we love to eat outside and enjoy the beautiful view. Otherwise, we loved everything else.

Silver Beach Towers turned out to be a great complex to stay in with a lot of little luxeries that made a big difference. The elevators and lobbies are air conditioned, there is covered parking, and there are very few rooms on each floor which makes for a very quiet stay. We rented a two bedroom and the layout was fabulous- the pictures didn't do the room justice. There is an actual master suite, with walk-in closet and huge bathroom. The living room, dining area, and kitchen are a good size, and the second bedroom and bathroom are conveniently on the opposite side of the condo from the master suite (this makes it much more private). The balconey is on the large side, with plenty of room for several people. In our particular room, the decor was cozy and inviting, and we had everything we needed for a great stay- including a washer and dryer! The beach in Destin is always gorgeous, and our trip was no exception- white sand, clear water, blue skies. The pools at Silver Beach are really big and were very clean on our visit. Needless to say, we had a great time and would DEFINITELY rent this condo again in the future.

We had wonderful experience renting our condo from Compass Resorts, every detail was given and the employees were very friendly. I was impressed with the decor in the condo, the internet pictures never give a place justice. We loved the layout of the condo as well as the balcony. Our favorite spot was the lounger on the balcony. Location was perfect, I felt that we were centrally located to all the surroundings of Destin. I will keep this condo in mind and would love to return.

We recently stay Silver Beach Towers and had a great time. The facilities were wonderful.
Two things would have made the stay more enjoyable:
1. An ice machine in the building.
2. Free wireless internet. Most hotels today furnish wireless internet. We tried to get on line and lo and behold, I would need to pay an additional $25.00 to get it for the week. The $25.00 was not that big of a deal. It was the idea that after paying a substantial price to stay at Silver Beach Towers, I had to pay another $25.00 to get on the internet. I just felt it was nickel and diming and a way to get $25.00 more dollars from me.
Other than that, the stay was pleasant and I would certainly recomment Silver Beach Towers to anyone would entertain going.

This condo was one of the nicest I have stayed in. The 9th floor is the perfect spot because you have a beautiful view of the ocean but you are high enough from the ground that you have privacy. The chaise lounge is wonderful. We spent most mornings sitting together with a cup of coffee watching the ocean. What a great way to begin the day.
It is more beautiful than the pictures, which is unusual. They have taken great care to decorate their condo, which isn't a first priority when I stay somewhere, but was a bonus. I looked forward to coming back to the condo because of the gorgeous surroundings.
The Silver Beach Towers was so secure so I never worried about leaving my towel or beach bag by the pool when I went for a walk on the ocean.
I would highly recommend this condo and plan on staying there again in the future. -
