The location was great. The Condo was dirty.
I had to clean all the dishes and the utensils before using them. The condo was dirty. Cabinets were covered in dust and dirt in the kitchen.
When I arrived to the condo and accidently turned on the disposal there was paper in it and smelled like something died in it. I had to use tongs to get it out and place what was retrieved in a sealed plastic bag. There were doritos under the master bed. The master shower was so dirty that the water was up to my ankles and when somewone came to unplug it He pulled out a large wadd of gunk. I feel the condo had not been used in months. And felt like the owners never stayed in the place. The master bathroom was not livable.ie no hooks to hang anything. I had to lay clothes on the jacuzzi. The living decor was old and the living room furniture is worn and dirty.
I feel this place is an investment for someone who does not care about it at all. I think for the price, $2000.00/week I would not rent that place again.
As for the Compass rental Co. Very difficult if you have never been there with staff who has no idea of locations on 98 to help direct us to the office. We were 20+ miles east and called for help at the office and the person told us to turn left which would have taken us further east instead of telling us to turn around.
We left at 6am on Saturday.. We could not find the office again. The Numbers are very small and hard to see and there was not a light anywhere in the dark to identify your sign on the road. It took us 20 minutes to find the office. Yhere has to be a better way to collect the keys. -

Very spaceous unit with wonderful balcony. The view was our favorite part. Another plus is the close proximity to fine restaurants and shopping. Only down side was that the unit was on the market so we had to be there when it was shown.

The beach front location was perfect. The condo was roomy and very clean. Everything we needed, and beautiful accommodations. The property was very well maintained, the pools were great. Compass Resorts took great care of us with a friendly and professional staff. Thank you Compass, we will use your company for all our travels.

The overall condominium was nice. There were a few issues that were not major, but were just a little annoying. In the master suite beachside, the toilet handle would stick, causing the toilet to continue running after being flushed. Only one remote for the 3 TVs was the correct one and worked. The twin beds were not very firm and it was easy for someone to fall off when trying to sit on the end while getting dressed.

The unit is just wonderful...great location, fab views, beautiful pool with lots of room! Kitchen had all the supplies we needed and 3 full baths were perfect for showering kids!

The location was great...close to the beach,
supermarkets, restaurants and outlets. We loved
the large balcony which overlooked the ocean! We
checked in on a Sunday so there were no people
to speak to when we got our keys. In the future,
it would be nice to have the instructions with
the keys telling people how to get into the
facility. Also, there should be instructions on
how to get the beach chairs that are available
on the beach. We found the beach/pool employees
very helpful and they kept the walkway and pool
area clean. The condo was well stocked with
towels, and the kitchen had everything that we
could have possibly needed. The sofa was a
little uncomfortable but there were other chairs
to sit on. Overall experience was terrific and
we will be coming back. Thank you. -

This unit was barely adequate:
- no phone provided by owner. Thankfully, Compass stepped up.
- Least expensive appliances - can opener needed dexterity to keep mechanism together while opening cans.
- Cooking knives barely useful.
- Sparse kitchen necessities. Needed to request a collander.
- Furniture adequate but with spots.
- Beds were very good.
- Rug in livingroom old and "shedding".
- Vacuum barely working.
- This owner doesn't seem to care. Otherwise, I would feel bad about being so critical. This is our first negative experience.
Compass was great. Silver Beach Towers is a beautiful property and close to everything, which is why we prefer to stay there. -

Our Condo was wonderful! The decor was beautiful and the location was fabulous! We loved the fact we never had to wait for an elevator...not once, we got a great place to park in the garage and the security people were so kind! I would definitely recommend Silver Beach Towers to everyone! We will be back next year and bring more of the family. See you next year!

Great condo.
Great views.
Water was very clear with no jellyfish or other nasties.
Beach was very nice, but it would be good if he beach attendants didn't put the umbrella's quite so close to the ocean. It didn't leave much room to even walk.
Location was great.
Condo was quiet and decorated very well.
Could have used a couple more pillows on the master king bed. -

Our family loved this condo. The floor plan was great, each room and
space were private. The towers are in the perfect location in Destin -
very close to both Wal-Mart, Target & Destin Commons! The master
bedroom is spacious and very comfortable. The beach is perfect - it's
shallow and has a big sandbar right in front - perfect for the kids to
play in. When we were there, the water was crystal clear, and the
beach was not crowded. The living room could have been bigger, but it
was really not an issue for us. The other down side to renting at this
location is that you have to carry key fobs to enter and exit the
building & garage. It's kind of a pain, but it won't deter me from
staying there again. We really enjoyed our stay at this condo, and will
definitely return!
