We've stayed in this unit for two years in a row. Obviously we really enjoy this complex and the unit. However, there are a couple of complaints about the unit that keeps me from giving it 5 stars. The twin bedroom has no ceiling fan and when you're accustomed to sleeping with one it is greatly missed, even in the cooler months. Also, the headboards of the twin beds are not attached to the frame and any movement in the night makes them bump against the wall. Very annoying! These things would be easy and inexpensive to fix and there is no reason for the frames to be leaning against the wall. If you don't want to connect them, just remove them. If these things were improved this unit would be practically perfect and would insure that I would be back to this unit again next year.
We really enjoy the complimentary wi-fi and beach chairs/umbrellas. This is a big plus.
Even with the complaints I would recommend Silver Beach Towers and even unit 1104E.

Our family had a great time in this unit! Plenty of space for us to feel comfortable! We loved the super quick elevators, the covered parking, so SUV stayed cook, the security and the workers who made sure the teens and young adults didn't horse play in the pool. The beds were comfy and the curtains kept most of the light out when sleeping in. The only things I would change would be quicker hot water to the master bath and that the birds did not user our balcony as a social potty.
We hope to stay here again next year! -

This condo was absolutely amazing!!
I booked this condo for spring break for myself and my two kids (ages 15 and 13). This condo was very luxurious and was better than staying in a hotel. We ate breakfast in the room every morning and every evening -- I used the washer/dryer to clean our beachwear.
I had the Master Bedroom for myself. Again. Stunning. The Master Bathroom had a window in it so you could look out (across the Master Bedroom) and see the water. The kids each had their own room which was appreciated. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. -

We enjoyed our stay at the Silver Beach Towers East so much! The availability to the beach was perfect, and our view out the balcony was fabulous. We could see the sting rays going by enmass and were fascinated by them. It was a relaxing trip, made more so by having the kitchen filled with everything we needed to cook our own meals, a grocery store just down the highway, and comfortable beds. We would definitely enjoy this accommodation again.

we stopped by after the office was closed for check in and the only thing in our packet was fobs and room keys. we should have had wristbands and parking tags. we did not have free wifi as we believed we would. we did have to pay for it seperate. we had to make three trips to the compass office which we were not happy about taking time out of our vacation...very disappointed with compass...the resort was wonderful the unit was wonderful would love to stay again but will not go through compass...

This is our second year at Silver Beach Towers. The furnishings and layout of the condo are second to none. The pool area is great and the rooms are convenient to both the pool and beach area. We always feel secure staying here. Compass resorts have given me the best service of any resort we have rented through and have vacationed in Destin for over 10 years now. We highly recommend Silver Beach as well as Compass Resorts.
