Nestled in the heart of Destin and just a few steps from the Gulf of Mexico, this quaint Destin condo is ideal for a fun-filled beach vacation! Its location is one to be envied with the beautiful white beaches only a minute’s walk away and plenty of exciting shops and recreation centers very close by. Hurricane Lanes Bowling Alley, shopping at the Destin Commons and several award-winning Golf courses are all within about a mile’s radius. This propety has a Saturday to Saturday requirement during Spring Break and a three night minimum over holidays. **The 4th of July requires a weekly stay** All other times there is no minimum requirement.

It's very close to the beech. It was a quiet room with everything you need, kitchen, cooking utensil, wireless internet. My whole family enjoyed our stay.

Check in was quick and easy. Nd staff were very helpful and informative. Our condo was clean and ready for us when we arrived. It was also much roomier than what you see in the pictures. The kitchen has everything that you need if you want to stay in to eat. Family spent most of our time on the beach and condo managment co gave us a key for "easy access" to the "private" beach directly across the street but we were stopped by hotel security and told that we were not allowed on the beach in front of their hotel and we would have to use the "public" beach further down. Overall we had a great stay and the conda was clean, roomy, and cozy. Would definately return.

Basic amenities with a noisy refrigerator. Sliding doors to the beach area did not have a key, so you would have to go around the building to get in the unit. There are no hoses to wash beach gear of sand. We were downstairs and had to put up with the renters above our unit who made and inordinate amount of noise. Newman-Dailey responded to our complaint about the upstairs noise and it just in sighted the people upstairs to make more noise to be spiteful. In the evening, a maintenance person wanted to change the a/C filter. Should of been done during check out and in times. We arrived at this unit with a leaking tub faucet and burned out lights throughout the place. All should of been checked before we arrived. We were given a key to open a gate for beach access. This beach area was a tiny strip of beach area confined between the hotels who restrict the beach area. We had to return the key to the office or pay a $40 non return key fee. This was just another situation which made our stay unpleasant. The TV in the master bedroom was tiny and old. The curtains did not cover open areas around the window. Outside in the common areas people left beach gear lying around and there was trash on the grounds which did not get picked up in a timely manner.

We had a marvelous vacation staying at the Caribbean Dunes 111. You can see the gulf from your back patio. It's a wonderful view. We walked across the street to the beach everyday. We had so much fun!The condo was clean and cheerful.We took the Seablaster ride.It was fabulous. My daughter thoroughly enjoyed going to the amusement park called the Track and horseback riding. We definitely want to come back.

The check in and check out process were both quick and easy. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The condo exceeded my expectations. It was clean and perfect for the 3 of us. We loved being steps away from the beach. The pool at the condo was also nice. I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful accomodations, right across the street from the beach, very economical. The only problem we had was the microwave and the sugar ants. Just be sure not to leave anything sweet out cause they will find it.

The home was clean and well kept. The service was good. The location is
great!
The plumbing could use some work. We had trouble with the toilet, but thank
goodness it did not overflow. We noticed that we must not be alone with this
issue as there were 2 plungers beside the toilet.
Overall, we had a very nice experience and would not hesitate to rent this unit
again.
