Get ready for the vacation of a lifetime. Sandpiper Cove Resort has something for everyone. Move into a beautifully furnished studio: Perfect for a couple or a family of four. Children always welcome. No Smoking please. A queen size murphy bed pulls down out of the closet and the sofa converts into a queen-size bed. The condo is on the ground floor with parking directly in front of the unit. It has a 24 hour security/guard house.

I had a car accident one week before our trip. I was not happy that we were going to FL. While I was in a brace and on crutches, it turned out to be one of the best times we have ever had while Visting FL. The condo was the best. It was close to everything you would want to do.If you are going with more then one person grab the Murphy bed. I sleep so well there were days I didn't get out of bed till noon. Sandpiper cove is a great place to stay. A great bed a kitchen,the beach and a pool who could ask for anything more.O ya a big bath tub. Thanks.george and KaY

My family and I truly enjoyed our stay at Kays Condo. We were concerned with having two young children, ages 1 and 3, and no seperate bedroom, however everything worked out great. Our kids loved their first experience at the beach and first big trip away from home for that manor. The beach supplies, umbrella and chairs, were great bonuses and really made the beach experience very comfort and enjoyable for our kids. We recommend this condo to any couple looking for a great place to go and enjoy the wonderful white sand beaches of Destin. Thanks so much for the opportunity to stay in your condo. We have made many memories that will stay with us for a life time.

What a great value. Taking a vacation in this economy without having to down size your trip. Destin is truly the perfect family place. Sandpiper Condo's are the best value for your buck. You feel like you are at a tropical resort with the beach at your door. Very clean, great location and affordable. My children had so much fun 4th of July we are returning for Labor Day

Two tired travelers from northeast Arkansas were welcomed first by the friendly security guards of Sandpiper Cove and then by the comfort of Kays Condo. We could not have been more pleased with everything about the condo - its location, how the condo was decorated, the full kitchen with all amenities, location to the swimming pool and to the beach. It was a short drive to Destin Harbor where my husband booked a fishing trip. We have stayed at other condos in Destin, but Kays Condo is the prettiest and most convenient -- to everything! We look forward to being their guests again.

We stayed at Kay's Condo in Destin in celebration of our 25th anniversary. The service was awesome..the people that manage the rental property were courteous and very eager to make our stay pleasant. The condo is warm, clean and inviting! And, was equipped with anything and everything we could need! We took advantage of and enjoyed the 9-hole golf course within the complex. The pleasant, short walk to the beach was perfect and the beach/ocean itself was awesome. We are definitely going to visit Destin and Kay's Condo again!!!

My Wife and I have stayed at this Condo for 7 years now. We came to Destin for a holiday and loved every minute of it. The condo is cozy, clean and quiet, with comfortable beds, a coffee maker, dishwasher, TV and fridge.
The price and service were as always very satisfactory and we will definitely come again.
The nearby beach is beautiful and there is an outlet shopping mall about 20 minutes away. There is also crazy golf which we enjoyed on one night.
We can recommend 'Gilliagans' Restaurant with the most beautiful scenery and incredible food where we ate three times during our stay.
I would recommend this place to anyone, family, business, couples as it suits a variety of people.
By the way, the Condos Pools are large and heated. But who needs a pool if there is an amazing beach 100 yards away with sand so clean and white it could be snow?!
Free Golf in the condo community and a super comfortable mattress are what we look forward to every year.

Kay is a very good marketer of her condo. She and her husband followup with genuine interest. They have decorated the place very nicely and respond quickly if there is an issue. The complex offers great opportunity for tennis, with lots of friendly people. The restaurant on site is excellent.

At the beginning of our stay, we weren't sure if we would like it, 10 weeks is a long time to be in a place we don't know. Our first week here was a bit cold, we made the best of it by exploring the surroundings (shopping malls, restaurants, etc) We fell in love with our place, it's very cozy, well kept, and surprisingly large for a "Studio" The people "Snowbirds" welcomed us with open arms. The complex is very clean, well kept and well maintained, security guards were very friendly and accommodating. We never thought that there was so much to do here, (Golf, darts, shuffle board, line dancing and just walking on the beach) By mentioning the beach, it's a jewel. I would surely recommend "Kay's Condo's at Sandpiper Cove" to some of my friends upon our return home in Ottawa Canada!

Kay's condo is the perfect beach vacation, very clean and comfortable, beautifully coordinated furnishings and only a short walk to the beach. Sandpiper Cove has all the amenities you could want, several pools, one heated, hot tubs, free golf, a wonderful restaurant and the best of all, a gorgeous white sand beach. The location is perfect, only minutes from everything in Destin. We will definitely be returning.
