We really enjoyed everything about this place. I was afraid it might not live up to my expectations but it was very nicely decorated and had wonderful views. It was spacious and comfortably furnished. It is conveniently located and the beach was great. the grounds were very well kept. We needed help with the tv and the concierge at the front desk came up and got it fixed immediately and showed us how to work it.
It was great for our crowd with children, grandchildren, and parents. A great time was had by all. We walked to the Back Porch for dinner. -

This is the 3rd time we've stayed at this condo and again immensely enjoyed it. Unfortunately, in July there is seaweed in the surf which bothered the little ones, but they had just as much fun at the pool/hot tub. The beach was beautiful regardless. We are already looking forward to next year's stay!

We recently rented the vacation home: Silver Beach Twrs E1501, managed by Compass Resorts in Destin, Fl. and had a wonderful time! Howard, the owner, is so kind and we are greatful for the vacation opportunity. (The only issue we had was arrival/check-in. The current cleaning staff did not do their job so a new staff had to be hired immediately; therefore, check-in for us was at 6pm instead of 4pm. sigh~ we were just glad the company cared enough to make sure the condo was ready so we were willing to wait). Overall, the condo was well furnished and we enjoyed our stay.

Loved the room, view, etc. but room was not clean. Floor was filthy and we expected better from such a nice place.

We enjoed our stay so much. The condo ws great and the view from our bedroom was very pretty at night. we swam with the dolphans, jet ski,went to kahuna water park,sun bathed, had great seafood. Will keep my information in tact for future vacations. Thanks to Compass Resorts and the Slone Family.
