We have gone through Compass Realty for vacations in the past and have always gotten excellent service. Everyone has always been friendly and helpful. This was about the second time we stayed in the East Tower at Silver Beach and it was one of the best condo's we have ever stayed in. We usually like to stay in the West Tower. It was very nicely decorated and had everything we needed. Silver Beach Towers is close to everything you could possibly want including restaurants, Wal-Mart, and shopping centers. The only part I didn't like was the beach service. Even though it was included with the room, I didn't like the way you reserve the chairs. I reserved it exactly a week ahead of time like the e-mail said I could do but I wasn't given any special preference for doing it that way and I think people that just walked up got a better location on the beach than we did. The resort needs to rethink that a little bit. Other people complained about it too.

We always have a great time at Sliver Beach. The units are always nicely decorated, and the location is super convenient to our favorite restaurants and shopping.

The condo was overall a good experience. I've stayed at Silver Beach Towers in the past and I will have to say that the other condos were a bit nicer and cleaner. However, it was very well furnished with kitchen supplies and such. Also, the price was right so I am happy. I do have to mention that the toilet seat in the master bathroom almost drove me to jump off the balcony. It would not stay up while I urinated. I would be midstream and then BaM!!! That's right...right in the sweet bread and then I would be covered with my own urine. It needs to be fixed, like yesterday. Also, the cleaning lady arrived on our departure day at 930 am. Check out wasn't until 10- I felt rushed. Other than that, I had a great time and enjoyed my stay for a reasonable price. Thank you.

Each year we have a family vacation in august or Septmeber. We get together and discuss where it will be for the next year. We end up coming back to Destin and spending the week at Silver Beach Towers. It has everything you want and everything you need! We can dine out or dine in. The condo's we have stayed in have everything we need in the kitchen! We love it here and have already decided that we will be back next year. We can't wait. We usually make this a family vacation, but we just might slip in an adult vacation with a group or friends before then! Its hard to stay away. It feels like a home away from home. We look forward to returning very soon! We have already told others about this location and they have a trip planned in October!

I have no complaints about our lodgings or service from Compass Resorts. Our condo was clean and ready before our arrival. The service from the agents was friendly and helpful. We only had a question or two requiring a phone call. Though not answered immediately, the calls were answered in a timely fashion. The only negative was that guests of Silver Beach Towers can no longer use the big lagoon pool at Silver Shells; something we had enjoyed doing in the past. This is our fourth time to stay at Silver Beach Towers, and we enjoyed this time as much as any other. We wouldn't hesitate to use Compass Resorts as a rental agent in the future. We only hope it is soon!
