We loved the condo!! However, there are a couple of things the owners can do to make it even more enjoyable.
1. one of the dining chair's base was not secured and when one of the guests sat in it, it folded under him.
2. the master bathroom toilet seat was loose
3. The master bedroom is in need of black out drapes. The blinds move and make noise when the fan is on and the morning sun shines right in your eyes when you would prefer to sleep in. The afternoon sun heats up the room and it's almost impossible to cool. This was our biggest complaint...Blackout Drapes/Curtains are a must!
We will definitely be back and would love to stay in Jade East 1110 again. -

We stayed on the 11th floor of the Jade East Towers. It was amazing! very roomy, 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom, and the middle bedroom had queen size bunk beds which was perfect for kids! Our view was spectacular, the beach was so clean and very nice! Close to everything in town. my only complaint is our unit did not come with chair rentals, and it was $25 a day for 2 chairs & umbrella. For a whole week that is too much money to spend. We were fine not having it but the people who set up the umbrellas do it sooo early in the morning so they take all the prime spots. You either have to sit behind those people or in front of which seems rude. then there were chairs set up taking up the space and then the people never showed up that day or they didn't have them rented! the condo should come with the chair rentals I think.

The rental process was very easy. We loved the key-less entry, allowing each of our guests easy access to the condo and beach. The easy check-in and check-out process was hassle free and was so simple. We loved that it didn't cut into our vacation time. The rental property we stayed in was clean, spacious, perfectly located, and well supplied with everything we needed. We were so pleased with our vacation experience at this location.

Our trip was dominated by rain so we became very familiar with this condo. It was nice however the intitial cleanliness needed to be addressed. Trash cans not emptied, etc. Overall a great place and we would book again.

Old coffee grounds were left in the coffee pot; the coffee pot was dirty. This would be an easy oversight. However, the kitchen floor was sticky which drove me crazy and I had to wipe it down myself... Otherthan that, the unit was beautiful. The kitchen was very occommodating "a cooks kitchen", Tastefully decorated condo. YES!! I would hope to stay in the same unit in the future.

Nice furnishings which did not seem worn. Loved the HD flat screen TVs in all the bedrooms and living room. Great view and kitchen complete with everything needed for cooking. Pool and gas grills were much appreciated and the beach was great! Only thing that would have made it better is if beach service came with the condo. $25 per day for two chairs and an umbrella was ridiculous.
