Let me tell you about this beach beauty at Sterling Shores. First let me give you the “411” on Sterling Shores. When they call a pool a lagoon pool that means “BIG” and this one’s big and a half. It’s 4,300 square feet but that’s only the beginning. They’ve put all kinds of lush tropical plants and trees around the pool. There’s even a kids’ pool right there. But that’s only the start, look beyond the pool and you see what you came for in the first place. Gorgeous white sand beach that looks like sugar and emerald green waters that go on as far as the eye can see.

The great thing about Sterling Shores is that there...’s a lot more then just the beach and the pool. There’s a fully equipped fitness room, a Gas Barbecue grill by the pool, kid’s activities, and a whole lot more.

First, let me give you the big advantage even before you set foot inside. You've got the best spot for the car in the parking garage. You're right next to the elevator! That means, loading and unloading is a breeze! Plus because you're in the garage, your car's not getting baked in the sun. Baked in the sun's what you come to the beach for, but not for your car!

Now, after you shoot up the elevator and open the door you'll see that this place has got it going on right from the time you walk in the door. The entry’s big enough to park your beach toys, flip-flops and golf clubs. And the place is decorated really nicely. I’ve put some pictures in here so you can see. Just look at the dining area. Big table if you want to eat in. (with all the great restaurants you probably won’t) The living area’s really comfortable, too. Look at that entertainment center! It’s got a big TV, with a DVD you can watch your favorite movies if you’re kinda beached out. Or you can surf the internet because we’ve got high speed all over the place here.

The floor to ceiling sliders open out to the balcony. Step out there and you’re not gonna want to come back in. I took a couple of pictures of the pool and the beach. Really something.

The MASTER BEDROOM’s got this great big queen size bed. Plus there’s a private bath with a garden tub that’s all yours. The decor is really toned down so that you can relax in this room. It’s got plenty of closet space for all your stuff. You get the full cable package on the TV just like in the living room.

The SECOND MASTER has a really comfortable queen bed and plenty of space for everything you’ve brought to the beach. TV’s got the cable package too. The bathrooms a little smaller but it’s got everything you need. Surf the web from here too.

The THIRD BEDROOM is a kid-friendly suite with 2 sets of comfortable bunks and enough area for the kids to get lost for awhile, sleeping 4 kids.

The KITCHEN has plenty of room to fix your meals and a diner bar so that you can grab a quick bite without messing up the Dining table.

The DINING AREA’s got a nice big table so you can enjoy meals together when you’re not lying on your favorite pool chair down by the pool.

The LAUNDRY area is located to make keeping everyone in clean clothes a breeze.

This place will sleep 8 comfortably. It’s a good size for a couple of couples or a large family. I think that this Sterling Shores 3 BR 3 BA resort condominium is one of the best deals I got going on.

  Great place to stay. My wife and I have 3 kids and they all loved the condo and location. Views were great. The wife wanted another couch but even if we had one I don't think we would have used it very much. We spent most of the time ether on the beach or sitting by the pool. Great vacation and will return soon

  I was on spring break the last week of March with 2 other moms and 5 teenage girls. The condo was very spacious. We never once felt crowded. The bedrooms and bathrooms were large and the walk in closets were awesome. There was one bedroom with 2 sets of bunk beds which was perfect for the girls to sleep in. The location of the condo was great. We just had to walk across the street to get to the beach and beach side pool. The description of the condo states that it sleeps 8 people, which we had no problem doing. The only thing is if you sleep 8 then you need to be able to accommodate 8 in the den. We had to bring chairs from the bedrooms into the den so everyone would have a place to sit. The condo needs to be updated with fresh paint and new furniture. The furniture now is all mismatched and old. It also needs to have the 2 master beds changed into king size beds. The bedrooms are so large that that would not be a problem. We did run out of hot water every day, which was NOT good and the internet was horrible. The balcony is hugh and the view is wonderful, but there needs to be some nice comfortable furniture on it so you can use it more. If just a little updating was done this unit would probably be rented all the time. It is located at the end , so noise was never a problem. It is also located close to the elevator and trash chute, which was extremely handy. It also comes with a parking spot in the garage, which was wonderful because we arrived during a rain storm. We had a wonderful time during our stay and will probably be staying at Sterling Shores again.

  Great Location, Very Spacious Condo

  Unit 501 condition was pretty good, but the floors could have used cleaning, off-season rental rate was very good for the location, very spacious condo, from the inside the beach view was blocked by a large building, but you could see part of the ocean and best view from the balcony. The location was very good, it's close to everything you would need. You walk a short distance to the beach. The pool had a nice layout and we saw maintenance workers there.

  We rented this condo for only four days. Only regret was that it wasn't for a full week. A nice view of the beach with one condo in front of it so it wasn't a total unobstructed view. The balcony was huge and we were all able to sit out there without being crowded. The condo was very nice. The couple that went with us was impressed with the second bedroom - more like another condo in itself - very private with its own balcony. Landscaping around the pool was beautiful and we especially enjoyed the beach side pool. We were the only guest in it one of the afternoons. Of course, the gulf is just breathtaking and just a short walk. Having previously rented at various other locations on the Gulf Coast, both Florida and Alabama. Destin so far has been our favorite.

  This condo had a great floor-plan and lots of floor-to-ceiling windows. The large balcony was also great for relaxing. Nicely decorated and comfortable. Minor issues: This unit had some old furniture that seemed to be just filling space. There were not enough pillows.
  The property itself was very nice. Two pools: one large family pool and a smaller, quieter pool with a tiki bar and grill. Convenient to lots of restaurants and shopping.
