We really enjoyed our stay at the condo. The furnishings and decor are very nice. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals. The location is great! We plan to make this our 'go to' place in Destin.

We stayed at Beach Manor last year in a different condo, so I pretty much new what to expect as far as the view and size of the condo. The condo was pretty, but I was disappointed when I discovered the king bed in the master didn't have a mattress pad and the sheets and pillow cases were thin. The towels were scratchy, so I had to wash them and add Downy just to make them useable. I wish I had brought my own linens. I wanted to sweep the kitchen floor and couldn't find a dust pan to use with the worn-out broom. Come On! The vacuum looked like it hadn't been used in a long time.

Love the unit, we stayed here before. It does however need a few things, like a non stick frying pan. The pan there is not very good at all-almost unusable. Several of the knobs on the washing machine are stripped. The fan in the master BR makes noise like crazy. The sheets on the master bed were put on inside out. The dishwasher was full when we checked in.

Very nice condo. Beautiful view. Everything provided. Would be very helpful is there was a book in condo on how to work TV, on restaurants near by, on take out places, etc.. Also, definitely need new sheets and mattress. Sheets been washed 1 too many times and mattress very soft.

We stayed in Beach Manor 113 last year. Beach Manor 810 was such a huge upgrade for us in every area imaginable. It's a beautiful property. The only negative was the pool, which was green the first few days, and they continued to have some minor trouble with the filtration. we got a call on our way in that the unit was available for early check in. Although we weren't able to take advantage of that, we were still appreciative of the effort put forth by the staff at Best Beach Getaways.
