The kitchen is just a mess--worst kitchen I have ever seen in Tops'l. The Fridge continuously accumulated condensation, "raining" on our food. ****** construction and lack of shelf space in kitchen, as well. The "low-flow" toilets were aggravating (I lifted the tank cover to see what was wrong, and was surprised to find a plastic trough 1/3 the size of the tank, as the mechanism which accumulated and dumped the water--at least there was a plunger available. The door locks to the patio are basically broken, and took me almost 10 minutes to unlock.

From our first phone call to the moment we checked out we were very pleased with the staff, the grounds, the Condo, and even the maintenance personel. Everyone was friendly and professiionel. Will return.

had not been to Sandestin in yrs., & was so grateful for the stay at Topsl' manor. Condo in good condition, the pool, workout room & grounds were in excellent condition. I would definitely return next year & recommend to everyone.

We entered a dirty unit,requested a new cleaning and our wish was granted. The furniture was worn and not comfortable. The kitchen cabinets were warped and would not close completely. The dinnig room chairs were not sturdy, but wiggley. The beaches are the best!

We've stayed in the destin area many times. This was by far the nicest property we've stayed at, plenty of room and very nicely furnished. The condo was cleaned except for the floor we had to clean it ourselves... That's why it got 2 stars for cleanliness. We will definitely be staying again. Note: the parking garage is only 6'9" entrance so if you have a roof top cargo carrier be prepared to walk.

GREAT Place, awesome view, right on the beach. Games and jigsaws were available as well as beach toys. There was only wireless and no phone (but everyone has cell phones these days, so no issue), would be nice to have a business center in the property manager office area with an available LAN line in case of wireless issues. Everything was clean and having multiple TV's/DVD players kept everyone happy. The only slight negative, the King Bed matress is a little old and springy, but it did not cause any back issues. I would rate this stay as 9.5/10. Great place and we would definitely return.

Answer number one... Yes, I had an overall good stay.
Number two... The rental was in a great location.
Number three... The home was pretty clean and in pretty good condition.
Number four... The management staff was over the top!!!!!!!
The unit I stayed in was a newly acquired property of "Best Beach" and they were prompt on fixing all the issues we had. The refrigerator, the Shower door, the phones never did get fixed but we were under the impression that the owners had them off.
All things aside it was a good experience with the staff and management of "Best Beach Getaways" and I will call on you all again... Thank you. -

I would suggest they wash the bedspreads. The master bedspread was dirty. I did appreciate the maintance people at Tops'l fixing the toilet the night we came in instead of making us wait until the next day.

Our condo was beautiful! The view was amazing from both the balcony and the master bedroom. My husband and I got married at Henderson Beach State Park in Destin on May 16th, and Tops'l Beach Manor 908 was the perfect place for us to stay on our Honeymoon. Gorgeous condo with updated furnishings and fantastic view. Will try to rent here again. The only possible improvement would be a firmer mattress
