Silver Beach Towers was a great place to stay. We needed dates that weren't the normal Saturday to Saturday stay, and we were accomodated graciously. The unit, E503, was clean, convenient, and beautiful. The entire location was also very family friendly. The proximity to the beach and restaurants was so handy. We had a a great relaxing stay.

E503 is a beautiful, comfortable and tastefully decorated condo. We enjoyed every minute of our stay. The location is perfect. The grounds are immaculate, including the pools and grilling areas. The beach was clean and the gulf water clean and inviting.
With the good there is always the bad - but no ugly. The bad, there was construction above us and for several days we had to listen to drills and hammers breaking up tile. Not good when you have a baby trying to sleep. This wasn't a few hours a day nuisance, it was from early morning til early evening.
Also, the dryer is in need or repair or replacing, it took several cycles to dry a load of laundry.
The kitchen was adequately stocked but it could stand a few more skillets.
The thing that bothered me most, and only because we had a child crawling around on the floor, is that the carpet is in desperate need of a good cleaning. It was really bad in several areas.
Having said all that; we would definitely stay in E503 again.
Locating Compass Resort was a bit of a problem if you are not familiar with the area. However after several u-turns on 98 we finally located it and everything was great from then on.

The condo in which we stayed was very nice. I was disappointed at the low number of families staying at this facility. Our stay got off to a rough start when my husband called for directions to Compass and the assistant was extremely rude. We had never used Compass and were not familiar with the location and procedures. While he was waiting for the family to get back into the car he called to get directons. The assistant asked him at least three times if he had the papers that we received by email. She then continued to tell him the date the material was signed, received and printed. She remined him more than once that he was supposed to have the papers with him. I had the papers; I was not in the car when he called and he was not aware of what info was on that paper. She was very arrogant! My husband is a business ower and he would not tolerate someone speaking to his clients in this manner.

My biggest complaint is the key fobs that must be used to gain entry to the beach and condo. We had 7 occupants and 3 keys! Also, the beds were not very comfortable. There was no one on site to answer questions or deal with issued.
