The condo was very clean and loved the corner unit. The basketball court could use 2 baskets-very crowded the entire day. The unit could use a little more seating in the family room. We did have a wonderful stay though. Would return.

A wonderful five days in a great location. Had cocktails at sunset everyday with no need to even leave the kitchen! The deck is perfect for viewing sunsets, pool and beach. The only semi-negatives were a few bulbs out in kitchen and if there are renters above you will hear them a bit. But who cares? This location is perfect.

This is a beautiful condo with a great beach and pool view! It is located in a nice gated community and has everything you need for your stay. This condo has a jacuzzi on the balcony that is shown in the pictures and states "private balcony with jacuzzi" but it does not work. Best Beach Getaways was aware that the hot tube needed replacement at the time of booking but failed to provide this information. When contacted about the jacuzzi the booking agent stated that the jacuzzi was not advertised as part of the condo. It was very disappointing how little they cared. Over all it was a great week and I would recommend this condo. However, if the jacuzzi is something you would like to take advantage of, don't stay here.

Although the unit's location was ideal for our needs, we found several maintenance issues in the unit and on the property upon our arrival. Several kitchen and laundry light bulbs were our causing low lighting conditions. With a Saturday arrival, it was only partially corrected on Monday. The sauna and steam rooms were not functioning, water coolers not filled on tennis courts, etc.
Having stayed at the property is past years, the general decline in its condition was a surprise. -

We enjoyed the location and the remodeled unit was done nicely, however my wife and and i were supposed to have an early 200pm ckeck-in and the room wasn't supposedly clean till after 400pm. The room was filthy and the sheets were not cleaned and I won't go into details, but we washed everything, went to Wal-Mart and spent $90 on cleaning supplies and cleaned the entire unit spotless and spent another $120 on new comforters for the beds which we were happy to do so. They promised us on sat that they would call us back and no one did, they also promised someone would be there sun to clean carpets and they showed up monday in which that sub-contractor did a great job, and that's saying alot because the carpets were nasty. The curtain brackets, shower rod, and toliet paper holders were all falling off the walls. Also our wash machine was going out and it ruined a load of our clothes. We hope to get the cleaning deposit refunded and hopefully $400 for the first day since we spent it all cleaning and buying supplies to do so instead of being in the beach. If they did that it would at least show that they stand behind what they hopefully represent and we would be more likely to come back. I'll keep everyone posted.

Condo was not very clean - floors not clean, counters in kitchen and bathrooms not clean. In 2nd bathroom shower, a chunk of hair was stuck to the shower wall. The drapery rods fell apart in the master bedroom. Drapery rods in rest of condo were very flimsy and you had to be very careful when opening or closing the drapes so they would not fall apart. Safe in master bedroom closet could not be locked. Great location, liked layout, decorating, appliances and televisions. Absolutely no extras provided such as dishwashing liquid in kitchen or filters for coffee maker.

My wife and I stayed in the afore mentioned condo in April 2010. The unit was in the perfect location for great views and a short walk to the beach. We used the stairs to go out to the beach because there was no elevator on that end of the complex, so if you don't like stairs stay on a lower floor (you'll lose the view of the Gulf) or stay at the other end of the end of the building. Having the balcony on the side gave us some protection from the wind, and a great view of the pool area.
The private hot tub was large, but unfortunately ours did not work.
Overall, I'd say it was one of the better places we've stayed. Having 2 master suites worked well for us, as well as it would for 2 couples.
The kitchen worked and looked great, and the large TV in the living area had the best Hi Def picture I've ever seen ona TV.
We'd certainly stay there again, and may in Sept. -

Don't be fooled by the hot tub featured in the pix of this property on 'your own private deck.' It doesn't work, which we weren't informed of until check in. We were given a key to use some communal spa room, which we opted out of. This was a big disappointent, as the hot tub was a big factor in choosing this property. Carpet was very dirty. Looks like the owners have a pet. The curtain rods were broken, so everytime you would go to open and close them, these massive curtains from the vaulted windows would come crashing down. The hangers left for our use were the type that are attached at the top so no oone takes them. This would be fine, except that the bottom hanger part refused to stay attached, so it was impossible to hang anything up. Everything fell on the floor. The phones in this unit are not hooked up, so better bring a cell phone. Unlike every other VRBO proberty we have ever rented (and there have been a ton) there was absolutely no information in the condo about the amenities offered by this resort. Nor was there any information regarding area activities, dining, maps, etc... To make things worse, because we wnet through VRBO the management of Tops'ls was incredibly unhelpful. This is the the response I got multiple times, 'Ohhhhh you went through another rental service? Sorry we can't help you.' The condo in general was VERY poorly equipped, again as compared with other VRBOs we have stayed at. Kitchen in particular was lacking basic cooking implements. No hot pads or cooking mitts - are you kidding me!?! And many other items of this nature. The view and location of the unit are very nice, but there are many others with equally lovely views. Convenient location to pool and beach, but again, many of them have this at the resort, and I certainly would never stay in this unit again. With regard to the resort... It was ok, a little dated and could use a face lift. Nice that it is located next to the wildlfe preserve as it cuts down on some
