I have rented from Compass Resort at least 6 times during the last 2+ years. I have always had a great experience with amy Willey and the Compass staff. On our last visit, we arrived on Friday afternoon and noticed 2 repairs needed. I called Compass and the next morning (Saturday) they had soemone fix the repairs. It is so
refreshing dealing with a company like
Compass where you do not have to worry about neagtive surprises. -

The condo was the best we had ever stayed in. The view was unbelievable from our large balcony patio. The rooms were spacious with privacy for each bedroom and bathroom. The views from the front balconies were so magnificent overlooking the city lights at night. The beach was clean and the umbrella and 2 chairs included in our stay was a plus!!! First Class Vacation!!! The check in was a little out of the way but, the agents were informative and friendly. That's the only reason I gave the check in 4 stars. Already looking forward to next year!

The Check in staff at Compass were exceptionally freindly and easy to work with. From booking,to check in to check out. The unit was phenominal. We had 10 in the unit and never felt crowded. The kitchen was well equpped and stocked with plenty of pots, pans, dishes etc. The pool was really nice and beach access was easy and convienant. We will definitely be returning to this property. Teh only suggestion I would make to the owners of thsi property would be to install ice machines on site. They would more than pay for themselves in one Summer. the ice makers in the unit can not keep up.

The condo at 1801 W Silver Beach Towers was a great place to relax and enjoy breathtaking views of the Gulf. The entire property as a whole was very clean and in excellent condition. The beds were comfortable, it was very clean and tastefully decorated. We felt very secure in this property due to the fact that the garage areas were gated, you had to use the key fobs to enter the buildings, as well as the beach area and there were security guards there at night. I have stayed at other properties in this area in the past, but would definitely choose Silver Beach Towers again.

My husband and I stayed here for five nights with our two little boys during Spring Break. The condo was clean, very nicely furnished, and was in a great location. We loved the big bedrooms and the master bath was awesome! Our only complaint was not with the unit itself, but that there were not enough pool chairs. There was plenty of room for more chairs, so it was frustrating to wait sometimes for an hour or more for one of the few chairs to become available. Aside from that, though, the overall experience was great, and we would certainly consider staying here again in the future.
