This propety has a Saturday to Saturday requirement during Spring Break and a three night minimum over holidays. **The 4th of July requires a weekly stay** All other times there is no minimum requirement.

Condo was very large and furnished nicely. Large balcony and great view of pool and gulf. We enjoyed our stay and would consider this unit again.

The only complaint I had was I had to park my boat off property. No big deal except when I needed to prep rod and reels or go get the boat I had to walk always. With that being said, this unit we stayed in was the best unit in all out 17 years going to Destin! Corner balcony with very nice beds and furniture. Great pool for the kids and only a hop jump and a skip from the beach. I can not wait to return to Srerling and stay in the same unit.

Sterling shores 819 is the nicest condo we have ever rented at the beach. The room was very nice and large. The hot tubs in the room are nice. The pool area is excellent, and the burgers and drinks from the beachside hut are awesome. We plan on staying here again and again.

The set up for the condo for our family of four, plus two of our kids friends, and my in-laws was just perfect. The dual master suite and bathroom set ups are high-end and the view and balcony were icing on the cake. We never felt cramped and the two 7th grade boys slept great on the two full size family room couches. A great value that we will be sure to keep at the top of the list should we return to Destin.

Rthe unit #819 was very nice clean and very convenent to the activities that we wanted to do when we come back to destin we will be sure and stay @ the same place I hope it works where we can have the same unit
