The lodgings was wonderful! I couldn't have asked for better with the exception of the appliances seem a little "tired" Ice maker not working well, paint peeling from the washer and dryer but otherwise a perfect vacation.

This is the 2nd time we have stayed at SBT, but our 1st in this partcular unit 1203W. Great view! Beautiful home w/ beautiful furnishings. Thanks Compass Resorts for making our vacation experience worry free!

The bedrooms were very roomy. Lots of storage - large closets & space for putting beach stuff out of the traffic flow. I loved the bench in the entryway for hanging purses, beachbags, etc. Bathrooms were large. Unit was very clean. Kitchen/dining/living area was a little cramped, but we had plenty of space for 6 people. We were there in May & the pools were warm. Easy access to pools & beach. Dealing w/ all the gates / locks was a little cumbersome, but was worth it for security reasons. Very nice balcony & comfy patio furniture. We'll definitely be back!!

Spent a week in this unit over fall break and loved the place. Unit was just as described, spacious with all the amenities. Had spectacular views from the spacious patio. The property was well maintained and secure. I would definitely visit again.

This is our 5th year to stay at Silver Beach Towers. The facility is perfect for our needs. We are right on the beach, great heated pool, clean, secure and has an amazing location. I highly recommend them!

this condo is very nice, everything needed was there. the security at pool was impressive as well the outside grounds. the only problem we had. the weather rained every day, hurricane lee, go figure! but hope to visit again, with sunshine pkease.

Silver Beach Towers is a perfect vacation spot - right on the ocean with the pool in between. Walk down the beach and your chair and umbrella are waiting each morning. Parking garage and elevator made getting in an out very easy.

The unit was great. The grounds were extremely well kept and clean. The underground and assigned parking was a great feature. It is Destin, so it was much more congested and busier than we're used to in Orange Beach, the facility was wonderful.

We had eight family members staying in the condo, 4 adults, 2 teens and 2 nine-year olds. We were pleasantly surprised as the pictures online do not show the spaciousness and how nicely it is furnished. It has a very nice balcony with a great view. Our only complaint was the kids room mattresses were not very comfortable. As far as amenities, we enjoyed the umbrella and beach chairs provided with the rental and the security of the building, pool area, and beach is great for children. The location was convenient to everything we needed or wanted to do. We had a great experience and would rent the cond again. Compass Resorts staff were great to work with and will use them again.

The condo, location, and parking all were great. The only thing that I feel was lacking was the beach service. When you stay at a top of the line condo as this one, the chairs and umbrella should be included in the condo rental. Other than this, everything else was great!
