There were cockroaches in this condo! I brought it to holiday isle's attention near the end of Our stay, even putting one in an envelope for them to see, and I never heard a word back from them. The furniture is worn. The chair had rips in it and the sofa had no springs left in it. The carpet in the main bedroom was old and filthy. The location of the complex is nice and the beach is beautiful but this condo was just plain dirty!

The Association takes care of the pest control and I am sorry you were unhappy with the property. We did notify them of the issue and they did respond to the situation.
