This propety has a Saturday to Saturday requirement during Spring Break and a three night minimum over holidays. **The 4th of July requires a weekly stay** All other times there is no minimum requirement.

Wonderful vacation destination, lousy condo. We were extremely disappointed in the condo we rented. Closet doors fell off the first five minutes we were there, all of the kitchen appliances were broken in one way or another. The washer and dryer were old and dryer would not remain shut. We went to grill out and there were no grilling utensils. The condo overall was not very clean, we asked for it to be recleaned shortly after we arrived and that never happened even though we were told it would. 2 out of 3 bars stools were broken and unsafe. All of the rugs throughout the condo were filthy! The patio furniture was OK at best. After visiting with many other guests durring our 8 night stay we found that we over paid by at least $2,000.00 for the same size condo, same amenities, and same number of nights. After I complained to management company they gave a very small ($345.00) discount. I would recommend Destin FL to everyone but I would also recommend using Vrbo for better rates and never rent this particular unit.

The people at Jade East were very helpful but the unit we stayed in-120- needed a definite upgrade. The mattress in the master bedroom felt like a sheet of plywood with cotton batting on it, the tile in the master bath shower was grungy, the kitc hen stove was not level, and the kitchen was ill equipped. For example, there were only 4 iced tea size glasses, no decent knives and we never could find any pot holders. The decor was outdate-a corduroy couch at the beach,, really! The patio furniture was in shreds in places and the paint was peeling. I definitely would not recommend this unit until the owner makes some serious upgrades!

That was the best summer vacation I've been never had.The location was convenience. And beach service was nice. The room was very comfortable. especially the master shower room was pretty big.I well go back again.

We had an excellent time. The condo was very clean, beach front, a nice pool and of course, one of the most beautiful beaches. The services on the beach were included, very well organized. We will for sure come back
