This propety has a Saturday to Saturday requirement during Spring Break and a three night minimum over holidays. **The 4th of July requires a weekly stay** All other times there is no minimum requirement.

The condo was large and had an awesome view. Beach was perfect. The condo itself needed some TLC, toilet needed repairing, dryer died while there. Had a used rental feeling. The staff was very fast and helped out! The green paint looks good in the pictures but after the 2nd day, its over powering. We would probably try to stay in a different unit next time but this was not a horrible experience. Owners just need to spruce it up, especially for the price charged per week.

This was our second winter to be in this unit. We like Jade East. Also like the unit although this year there were broken blinds in the middle bedroom and north bedroom plus the carpet needs to be replaced in all bedrooms, spots not coming out. The dishwasher tray (top one) has been broken and needs fixing or replaced. The side-by-side refrig/freezer leaked water from time to time and frosted too much. Several kitchen cabinet doors have been sprung. This unit has had damaged in this past year, was not like this as we left last winter. We stay 2 plus months. Jessica is so helpful, a great employee. We enjoy all the snowbirds coming back each winter, the coffees, parties.

The staff at Newman Dailey were very helpful as I made the selection of this 17th floor condominium. This 3-bedroom unit worked very well for my group of friends as all of the bedrooms are separate; everyone had plenty of privacy. The rental unit is brightly and cheerfully deocroated. The reason that I didn't rate the rental unit as excellent is because the carpeting in the condominium was not clean.

For the price it needs to have better sleeping beds an they need a better cleaning company for what you pay you want more than a view you want wow factor inside the furniture needs to be replaced in the living area worn out.

This condo needed new carpet. The blinds in front bedroom were broke and the sun would come in before you were ready to get up. There were not enough pots to cook with. Not enough forks and spoons for 1 meal. For this money you pay, it should be a+. However we will be back. I will just check out the room with Jessica better next year...
