This townhome is located on Scenic Gulf Drive across from the beach. Just a few step from the beach access. The road to cross is just a 25 mph road. For your convinience and security there is a light, a stop sign and a pedestrial crossing to go to the beach access. You can walk to Pompano's Joe restaurant that offer really good food and live music everyday.
