This propety has a Saturday to Saturday requirement during Spring Break and a three night minimum over holidays. **The 4th of July requires a weekly stay** All other times there is no minimum requirement.

I am from the Emerald Coast area but currently living in North Carolina with my air Force husband. Every chance we get, we visit my family in NW Florida & head straight for the beaches of South Walton & South Okaloosa. We have had several stays using Newman Dailey as property managers & have always been pleased with their wonderful customer service & willingness to make it a wonderful stay. However, this particular unit will not be on our list of places to return to on our next trip. The unit had a terrible "burnt food" smell, even after an extensive cleaning by management. Also, pillows, bed sheets & duvet covers were a low-grade motel style and gave me the feeling of having not been cleaned properly in quite some time. While the unit was stocked with a complete kitchen & even a washer/dryer, it is in desperate need of updating. Overall, our actual time in the unit was unsatisfactory and made me feel as if I were in a low-grade motel not a property overlooking the beach. Fortunately, we did not spend too many waking minutes inside! While I will definitely use Newman Dailey Resort Properties again, I will not select this unit.

We had a very nice vacaion. I have used most of the rental companies in Destin and was very impressed with Newman Dailey. We also enjoyed the amentities greatly.

Our stay at your property was during the week of my 63rd birthday. My mate came home from Saudia arabia for this trip that we had been planning for months. Your staff the place where we stayed the location was just perfect. We will definitely recommend your services to our friends and do plan to return in the future.

We loved everything about the condo, it was clean, nicely decorated and had a beautiful view of the ocean. It's in a perfect location.
The pool and jacuzzi were in tip top shape through out our stay there and the facilities were clean all day long. We will surely come back! -

The condo was in a fabulous location with super easy beach access. The decor was all updated. The bunk area was cute and perfect for kids. There was a beautiful view of crystal beach from the balcony.
