This gulf front condominium is located on the third floor of a charming 6 story gulf front property in the beautiful Crystal Beach are. This mid-rise property is located just minutes from restaurants, shopping, golf and tons of family activities. The unit offers a large open kitchen and family room. The master suite offers a whirlpool tub, separate shower and is gulf front which means you wake up to the beauty of the emerald waters splashing the sugar white sand. The unit is very upscale with granite counter tops in both bathrooms with tile floors. There is new tile in all the living areas and carpet in the bedrooms.

The condominium is located at Crystal Dunes Condominiums on Scenic Highway 98 in the Crystal Beach area of Destin, Florida. The unit is on the 3rd floor with both stairway access and two elevators at the building. The property is directly on the beach with nothing between you and the emerald green waters but sugar white sand. The building has a swimming pool, hot tub and bbq grilling on site. This property is very close to grocery stores, restaurants, golf courses and of course lots of shopping ( great outlets ). However, it is not on the main highway so you will enjoy a quiet vacation. The sunsets from the patio are absolutely breathtaking. Great breaches, great food and great golf....what more could you want!

This was our first time to the Destin area and it was wonderful. Our condo was everything we had hoped for. The view was gorgeous and we were able to sit on our deck and watch the ocean each day. Our accomodations were very nice and clean. We would love to stay here again

The beachfront condo was very well maintained with up-dates and furnishings that were very comfortable. I was able to sit on the balcony and watch the beach and relax. Parking was very convenient and elevator made condo very accessible. I enjoyed the shopping and many restaurants near-by. The condo was very clean/bathrooms well-maintained. Owners personal touches were appreciated.

What a pleasant surprise! This condo had all the comforts of home. We didn't need one thing. We were so impressed with the cleanliness of this condo and with the spaciousness. Hope to come back in the summer.
