Balconies surround this corner condominium unit located on the 15th floor. Watch the sun rise and set from every angle! See the sugary white... sand and the Turquoise waters of the Emerald Coast. One of the few four bedroom units available in Destin!

It does not get any better. Beautiful east corner unit. 2080 + or -square feet of living space and 398 + or - feet in balconies! 2 Master Suites. All 4 bedrooms walk out to a balcony. Great rental for 2 families or Family Reunion.

Newest and most exclusive resort in the heart of Destin! Silver Beach Towers is directly on the beach; amenities are incredible. 2 large pools with 2 hot tubs, the surrounding deck for sun bathing is huge or walk a few steps to the beach! Tennis Courts. Covered gated parking reserved for this unit directly in front of the high-speed elevators. Don't forget to check out the GOOGLE MAP for all the attractions and things to do. We listed all our favorites!

The unit itself is exquisitely decorated & designed to accent our most popular feature, the ocean views! Elegant but comfortable!! 2 Master suites both with 2 King size beds. Private bathrooms both with walk-in showers, closets and dressing areas.

The 3rd bedroom has a Queen bed & large closet. The 4th bedroom is a bunk room for the kids & sleeps 5 guests! The 3rd bath is in between these rooms. Separate laundry room with full size washer & dryer. There is a pull-out sleep sofa in the grand room, thus, all total the unit sleeps 13 people very comfortably and privately. Every room has its own TV with remote and of course many game hook-ups in the kid's room.

The grand room adjoins the kitchen, breakfast bar, dining room and flows to the deck with high back chairs. Lots of open space and seating great for entertaining 5 or 25 people! Trey and coffered 9-foot ceilings, crown molding, & large sliding glass doors.

Security is provided for all buildings keeping an eye on the grounds, pool, etc.

Our unit is located directly across the street from Blockbusters, The Track, and short walk to Big Kahuna's. Right down airport road if you prefer to fly in to the Destin Airport. Less than 1 mile from Destin Commons,Destin’s newest beautiful shopping, dining, cinema, family entertainment complex. Just half mile to Harbor Walk,restaurants, nightclubs,entertainment and Fishing Charters. Approximately five miles from Destin's Silver Sands Factory Stores nation's largest deigner outlet center. If you happen to be on our balcony at the right moment you might be lucky enough to hear the thunderous roar of the Blue Angels stationed out of Pensacola Florida on maneuvers catching that split-second that they break the sound barrieror in perfect flight formation.

  We have had a wonderful time and enjoyed all Destin has to offer from fishing, entertainment, shopping, swimming in the pool, the sea and playing in the white sand. We didn't eat out much because we caught so many fish we tried to eat what we caught. The view from your condo is amazing and we did see dolphins. We also saw dolphins when we went snorkeling at Noriega Point and on the Buckaneer Pirate cruise which my little ones loved! We did see the Blue angels and some other military jets which we enjoyed.
  
  Your condo is awesome. It is spacious and well laid out. We appreciate you renting it to us. The pool and the beach are great and easy to access. I'd be happy to post a positive comment for you on your website and should we have this many people in our group we would look to rent it again.

  Perfect for an extended family vacation

  This condo was perfect for our extended family of 10. There was plenty of space for everyone, even when my brother (who lives in Destin) and his family of four would spend an afternoon/evening with us. The balcony was amazing (the best place to relax) and I can't rave enough about the views. A couple of us even saw dolphins out in the Gulf. The only thing missing in the kitchen that would have been helpful was a cutting board; everything else you could need is there, including plenty of space to store enough food and snacks for hungry people (two of them teenagers!). The pools and Jacuzzi were excellent, and the beach access very convenient. Having beach chairs and an umbrella was an added bonus. We very much enjoyed dining at The Back Porch (crab cake sandwich was tops!). We tried to get into Dewey Destins but the wait was too long, so we settled for Fisherman's Wharf instead and still had a good meal. My husband and I celebrated our anniversary at the Beach Walk Café at Henderson Park Inn - wow, what a fantastic meal! The rest of our group enjoyed a picnic on the beach down at the Destin Harbor and watched what I'm told was an excellent fireworks display. Our best day was spent on Crab Island, enjoying the fun party festivities. All in all, this was a wonderful family vacation, and I'm so glad we had a nice, spacious place to enjoy it.

  A nice relaxing week in Destin

  Our stay was very relaxing and we had a great time. We enjoyed the condo very much and it seems like they have done a good job of keeping the facilities very clean and well managed. As for entertainment, we had a great fishing trip and caught the limit of red snapper and several other types of fish. It was a very successful fishing trip. We took the kids across the street to the arcades and race tracks. I would definitely recommend to anyone that it is a very nice condo and I would suggest they stay there. I have kept all of my information and I will definitely consider for future trips to Destin.
