Weekly rentals only during family spring break (second half of March and early April) and Summer (late May to mid August), Saturday arrivals. do not charge extra for phone, internet access, HD TV or use of car gate remote controls (clickers). I pay the housekeeping fee for rentals of at least 3 nights. I do not require a deposit nor do I have a cancellation fee or reservation processing fee. You are trusting me that my photos and description are an accurate description of my condo...therefore, I trust that you will show up on the scheduled arrival date or contact me ASAP if you have to cancel.

Everything was exactly as it was represented in the video and dealing with Roland and Pat was delightful. These days many people are not as they claim to be. I am grateful to have found this condo and will most likely return in future. Thank you for sharing your beach home with us.

We have enjoyed our 2 month stay here-January15th-March15th very much. We really like the unit--lots of light and sunshine as it is an end unit with extra windows. It is well furnished and has secure internet and flat screen televisions with cable extras.The owner lives in Destin and thus is available should you have concerns.We found the owner to be very accomodating. This has been a home away from home for us, and we will return next winter.Golfing has been great for me, and swimming for my wife.Lots of restaurants are available with excellent menus at a reasonable cost.

Fantastic location with incredible Gulf and beach views! This Condo is exceptionally well maintained and very spacious for a beachfront condo. The owner is very easy to work with and goes beyond expectations to orient you and provide insights to local restaurants. We appreciated the well organized technology especially the hdmi switch which allowed us to connect our apple TV and watch Netflix and listen to Internet music stations. The owner is a stand-up guy and cares that you have a good experience. This condo is a gem!

The welcome advise was very helpful. The open floor plan was very nice. the lighting from being on the corner was enjoyed by all. The condo was centeraly located and simple to get in and out off. The pavillion with the pits was clean and easy to use. The pool was nice. The best thing was the cornor unit with the extra windows bringing in the extra lighting. The unit was also clean and lived in.

Roland and Pat were great hosts and provided wonderful information and helpful hints about the area and restaurants. They were very quick to respond to any concerns or questions. The condo was equipped well to meet our needs and beyond. If we are in the area again, I hope that we can rent this condo. We thoroughly enjoyed our two weeks here. The extremely large balcony is great to enjoy the view and watch the dolphins.

Our condo in the Gulfgate Condos was excellent! We felt very much at home and the condo had everything we needed. It was a pleasure to work with Roland and he made our first visit to Destin a very pleasant one! We hope to return soon!!

We have stayed at Gulfgate for many years and have always enjoyed it. It is a smaller complex and the beach is never crowded, even on holiday weekends. It is just a short walk along the beach to the Back Porch Restaurant, where you can go for lunch in your swimsuit and have a delicious grilled grouper sandwich. It is also conveniently located near many restaurants and the Destin Commons mall.
Our condo this year, Unit 401, had many updates and its corner location was really nice. The owner, Roland Guidry, made check-in a breeze and met us shortly after arrival to go over all of the details of the unit and provided us with information and maps for local restaurants.
We will definitely plan to stay in Unit 401 again and have recommended it friends. -

Great accomodations- right on the beach, in the middle of all the shopping and restaurants. Pool area was nice, they set up chairs for you on the beach, plus it was a gated property so no stragglers were roaming around. The complex was lacking in a work-out room- it was a small closet with a beat up treadmill- that's it. But they said they're building a new one for the coming year. All in all it was a great place to stay for a vacation.

This condo exceeded our expectations! It was very spacious and immaculately clean with all of the amenities that we could want including a well stocked kitchen, lots of towels, tvs/cable, and even a closet full of boogie boards, floaties, etc.! We enjoyed cocktails and watching dolphins everyday off the huge balcony. The location was great-only minutes from everything. The entire complex was immaculate, the front desk and other residents were very nice and helpful, and we appreciated the beach service. Roland couldn't have been nicer. He provided us with great places to dine and ideas for things to do. I would highly recommend this condo and we thank Roland for being such a great host!

When we arived Roland was there to give us instructions on the condo. The accommodations were wonderful. The condo was clean and wonderfully decorated. Everything was there he needed to buy nothing other than food for your stay. One thing we really did appreciate was we were wanting to get away for a quiet vacation, the condo afforded us that pleasure. The view from the kitchen table is spectacular. Needless to say we thoroughly enjoying ourselves and do plan a vacation with Roland in next year.

First time to visit in the winter & we were blessed with very warm temperatures! The condo met all our expectations. Very clean and had everything you need. Tv's in all the rooms. The location was right in the heart of Destin close to everything! The unit is very close to water and the balcony very large. The view from the bedroom & living room was awesome. Could not have asked for anything better. We had one small problem with adjusting the temperature of the condo & it was fixed immediately. Would rent this condo again. Lucky to have found it.

Great accomodations! We had everything we needed at our finger tips. The view is amazing. We had a full moon while here and it was something to see from our balcony. The food recommendations were wonderful. Love Dewey Destins. Couldn't have asked for anything better. We will be back.
