You'll be doing yourself a favor by calling Dale E. Peterson and renting room 2006 in pelican beach resorts. The view was breathtaking. The room is on the 20th floor, which gives you an excellent view of the ocean. From this room you can see the sun rise and set as well as dolphin, stingray, and other marines life. Price wasn't ridiculously high either. The room sleeps six, so you can bring your whole family, as I did. I had a great time.

Most of the furnishings were outdated. Old TVs, bed uncomfortable, floors needed a good scrubbing. Great view from the balcony.

Me and a great friend of mine spent the weekend together here at Pelican Beach Resort and it was a very nice place to spend the weekend and relax. I would definitely recommend staying here to anyone and I personally plan on staying there again. The only downfall was the heating on the unit. Seems like it was somewhat cold in the bedroom even when I had the heat at the highest possible. Great view of the ocean and very quiet and soothing. Again, I will recommend to any and everyone.

I was pleases with everything from the moment the lady answered the telephone and said we could look at the condo before we booked it ..such great customer service!!! The resort is so nice, all the staff is so friendly and helpful.The property is well maintained and clean. Keep up the great work because you do not see this kind of service very often.

The location of the resort was nice and the view was great however I will never use Dale E Peterson to rent any room in the future. We had toilet issues and it took over 12 hours to get someone to respond. A big problem when you have 4 kids and no restroom to use! The room could have been updated a little. The cleaning service did a terrible job of cleaning before we arrived - I ended up cleaning it myself (not exactly how I wanted to start my vacation) If you like the location of this resort then rent directly through them, not Dale E Peterson.

We stayed at the Pelican Beach Resort for a week and enjoyed it. The view from room #2006 was gorgeous! We ate on the patio every morning--enjoyed the morning fresh air. The condo itself was pretty clean and comfortable. I would recommend this place. Thank you for the service!!

It was awful!! The couch and pillows were filthy and there was fresh human fieces on the comforter in the bedroom. When called to complain, the owner just sent a new set of sheets and that was it! We had no extra blankets and did not even get an apology for the unsanitary conditions me and my family had to sleep in. That was completely gross and should have been offered some kind of discount. Instead we had no covers at night and had to sleep in a pooped in bed. If it weren't for the fact that we paid over $1500.00 then we would have left! I do not recommend that anyone stay in this condo! We will for sure not be renting through Dale Peterson Resorts ever again!!

Did not realize when we booked this condo that the
Beach on each side was private. We could only set up chairs between the tape directly in front of the condo.It was very crowded and people were walking all over each other. -

The room was nice but we have been spoiled by another of your properties. The Inn at Crystal Beach is our favorite. Pelican Beach Resort was very nice but the beach was really crowded which is to be expected with a 20 story condo
