First Floor:

Living room, dining area with seating for nine, a breakfast area with Gulf views and seating for seven, fully equipped gourmet kitchen, half bath, Spacious Master Bedroom Suite with King bed and private bathroom, bedroom with King bed and private bathroom. All first floor areas open on to 17th floor balconies.

Second Floor:

Master Suite with King bed and private bathroom, bedroom with 2 Double beds with a full bathroom, bedroom with 2 Twin beds and a separate full bathroom. Perfect for the children there is a comfortable media area with a pull out Queen sleeper sofa and a big screen TV with DVD player, laundry room. Two bedrooms open on to 18th floor balcony. This home features luxury with all the comforts you could want in your next family vacation.

Directly on the beach Silver Beach Towers offers two large pools, two hot tubs, and a large sun deck with tables, chairs, and lounge chairs. Silver Beach Towers is less than one mile away from Destin Commons; Destin’s newest shopping, dining, cinema and family entertainment complex. Approximately five miles away is Destin’s Silver Sands Factory Stores Outlets. This is the nation’s largest designer outlet center.

  We love Silver Beach Condo's! After three stays, all with extended family and friends, we will continue to rent here.
  
  This was our first experience with Compass, and their service was excellent. They even called to see how things were during our stay. We will definately call them again to reserve our next condo at Silver Beach.
  
  Silver Beach is located right in the hub of Destin, with easy access to resturants, kids activities and shopping. The beach is beautiful, as are all of Destin's beach area's, and the double pool gives everyone plenty of room to sun and swim.
  
  If you have a large family, this is the place to stay. Each of our 3 stays has been in a 5 bedroom/5 bath condo. The units have different configurations of sleeping, so look around for the one that fits your family's sleeping arrangements.

  the one thing I would ask the owners to fix would be the opening in the master bedroom upstairs the heavy curtain does not keep out the noise from the bedroom everything else was great and we would recomend this to everyone!

  Breathtaking View!

  We stayed at Silver Beach Towers PH 1701 august 13-20 and had a wonderful time. The penthouse is beautiful and is perfect for multiple families. Although there were minor inconveniences (only 1 oven worked, very few pots and pans, dryer needed to run multiple times before items were dried); the views are breathtaking and we would wake to see dolphins, sting rays, turtles and all kinds of fish swimming in the water. The complex is very well maintained and is very secure (in fact, sometimes it was a little annoying because you always needed a key/wristband to get into the building and around the pool and beach area). The pool and hot tub area was very nice and relaxing after a long day at the beach. There are gas grills and tennis courts, both well maintained and equipped with lights. The penthouse comes with its own garage within the larger covered garage that was great for all your beach gear and it was only a short distance from the pool/beach area. Our biggest complaint was that we never felt comfortable at the beach because we didn't have enough room for our families. There is a beach chair service that arrives at 6am and sets up a line of beach chairs forming a wall and covering the entire span of the condo's beach access. Rental to the penthouse comes with two chairs and one umbrella which for 12 people is not enough room and we were not allowed to put our own umbrellas in front of the chairs and there are other chairs right next to your two so there are other people on your right and left (smokers, people with music that you may or may not want to listen to, etc.), meanwhile there were many empty chairs that you were not allowed to sit in because they were already reserved even though no one came all day. I wish they would set up your chairs as you arrive at the beach so you can choose where you want to go and have enough room for your entire group. Other then that, the place is beautiful and we had a wonderful and relaxing vacation.
