EM104 is a beautiful first floor 2-bed, 2-bath + bunkroom gulf front property. This unit sleeps 8 people, with a King in the master bedroom, a Queen Size bed in the guest bedroom, twin bunks in the bunkroom, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. This unit features 4 TV’s and 4 DVD players and a washer and dryer. This unit is approx. 1286 square feet. Parking is limited at Emerald Dunes to 2 passenger vehicles.No trailers, jet skis, RV's or boats are permitted.

We had the best experience we've had! The person who booked our vacation was awesome and deserves a raise! Her name begins with a K. She took her time making sure that we had everything we wanted and needed for our anniversary! She visually took me through a tour of our room at emerald dunes room 104! Our guest services agent went above and abound to give my husband and I both excellent customer service! The grounds keeper was amazing! The staff was accommodating beyond your wildest dreams! We reccomend Dale Peterson Vacation Rentals with ***! We thank each of you for making our trip which was short, very sweet and very nice! We were treated like royalty! We will be back! Thank you! We love the gulf and especially Destin. Emerald Dunes is our favorite place to stay for a number of reasons. Location on Scenic 98 deadend makes for a more relaxing less traffic area. We find that Emerald Dunes is well taken care of by its staff and HOa. We also like unit 104 because it is a ground level unit and only a few steps away from the beach and the pool. We also liked the grills for outdoor cooking. It was very interesting to see the effects of Hurricane Isaac and were happy that there was no real damage to the beach. I would add that the unit, although very comfortable and nice probably needs a "more than surface cleaning" due to the high usage to a ground floor unit. We definitely would stay there again...wish we could be there all the time...see you again!!

I had trouble with thr Fridge. The "repairman" bullied His way in and out of the ondo.It took 3 days for the fridge to finally cool down. I asked for and never got a plug for the Jacuzzi tub. I quess it was too much trouble. The "free Wifi" worked the first day or two. Then it was down. I suppose you get what you pay for. I have called the Manager about these things but after a week I don't think He or She will call me back. I suppose that I will let the Credit Card Company handle it. Other than that it was a eautiful view.

The condo is in a great location; convenient to everything!! Perfectly appointed for a family stay. Loved the easy access to the beach: my girls were ready to go by 8am every morning and then to the pool afterwards!! The property is very well-maintained and the maintenance guy - Steve - was very helpful and knowledgeable. I would stay here again anyday.

Maintainance amd service was great.
Condo was great and we were close to everything.
Had problem with the phone lines which were fixed after
a week.(Problem was with cox cable). Renovation two floors above us was disturbing at times, ie; throwing trash off the balcony, etc. Most of the time we were out
so it wasn't a great concern.
Liked our view and the weather was great. Great neighborhood also. -

We like Emerald Dunes. We originally booked an upper floor unit but were called back and told that unit was sold - so had to use #104. It worked out well for us but the kitchen appliances (dishwasher, frig, microwave) were in need of repair and/or need to be replaced. Unit did not have enough silverware so had to buy and use plastic vs. running the dishwasher all day. Broken entry door jam caused door to stick open. Lots of maintenance needs for this unit.
