We had a great time during our stay at Silver Beach. The condo was right on the beach and made it easy to go back and forth with the kids from the Condo to the beach. Our condo was comfortable and had everything we needed. My only disappointment was the unit was supose to be smoke free, but apparently who ever rented it prior to us smoked in the unit and as non-smokers we could really smell it when we would leave the unit and return. The unit was clean and had most of the conveniences of home. We did not cook much in the unit other than breakfast and sandwiches for lunch, but we had everything we needed. The unit is in a great location, close to resturants and shopping. We had a great time and would go back.

The accommodations were perfect save one issue... a bearable smoke smell. Otherwise, this condo is laid out perfectly for a family. Ample storage, comfortable beds, clean, beautiful patio, great views, big bathrooms, great pools, fast elevator to 17th floor, (22 seconds to ground level), deep beach front compared to other properties on this beach.We had our 3 daughters. My mother passed away which delayed our trip by 3 days. Compass resorts found a renter for our lost 3 days and reimbursed us. They also found an available condo so that we could extend our trip by 3 days. Extremely good customer service. If we come back to Destin in our travels, hands down we will stay at Silver Beach Towers. We've been to beaches on both coasts, in Caribbean, etc. Destin's beach is just as clear and beautiful as Negril, Jamaica.

The condo was even better than shown in pictures, I was totally satisfied! Had a little problem with disposal, called Compass Office and in 20 minutes had a repair man there and he was exceptionally nice and had it fixed within 10 minutes. I already want the same condo for next year. We had a wonderful time and the view was wonderful from all rooms. The parking space provided was excellent as well! The cleaning staff was excellent, the condo was perfectly cleaned when we arrived. No complaints what so ever.
