St. Maarten 705 was the nicest condo we've ever rented. Loved the elevator opening directly into the foyer of the room and the private underground parking. The view directly on the beach is incredible. The unit is very spacious and nicely decorated and the master bed was very comfortable. The kitchen was furnished with everything you need.
Two recommendations would be: The living room could benefit by having a full size sofa instead of a love-seat and rugs in the main rooms would help with noise absorption and warmth and overall comfort.
Silver Shells is a luxury resort and is very well maintained and secure. The pool and exercise facility are both outstanding and I would recommend the spa!
We were impressed with the service by Newman-Dailey, really appreciated the service provided for the wireless internet capability and the welcome packet supplied and would have loved it if beach chair service was also included with the rental.
We really liked having the beach grill and bar and The Front Porch restaurant a short walk on the beach!
Overall an excellent stay and we would definitely rent 705 again!

Over the last 28 years, I have had the privilege of staying in Destin, Florida, for each of these years at least one time, more often at least 4 to 6 times a year. It is wonderful to relate how fantastic the Newman-Dailey company was! They gave me the best rate, extra perks in the check-in package and were always accessible. I never had the opportunity to use them prior to this trip and now recommend them to all. Of course, Silver Shells is one of my favorite places to stay and this unit at St. Maarten was beautiful as well as perfect for us. Great experience!!

We loved Destin and the condo wa very nice. There was plenty for us to do in the area. The amenity cards were also a nice addition. The only thing we could say to improve on waste floors were really sandy when we got there. My husband was also disappointed when the tv didn't work on Sunday. It came a k on the next day but he was annoyed. Over all we did enjoy the stay.
