But that’s only the beginning. Pretend you’re walking with me into the unit and let’s start by look at how cozy it is! And there's a TV in the entertainment center if you get beached out. Everything you need to relax when you’re not on the beach or at the pool.

Very nice clean condo. Separate rooms for the parents and kids was a plus. It would be nice if the kitchen had a few basic non perishable items such as salt/pepper/sugar stocked in the pantry. Also, a map of the area would be helpful. All in all, it was a great experience for my whole family.

We had a wonderful stay at Luau! Even though hurricane Isaac tried to put off our vacation, we still went and had great weather. The management company was terrific and professional! I'd love to come back soon!!

This unit hasn't been deep cleaned in years. There was a ton of dust on the light above the the dining room table. All the furniture was chipped and scratched. The bedspread had blood stains on it and the sheet on the mattress kept coming off and it reveal a dirty stained mattress. The carpet was gross The building itself needs to clean the carpet. The most yucky part of the building was the trash shoot. I do not think anyone has ever cleaned the floor that is below the shoot. We chose not call the rental because luckily we were not in the room a lot and we didn't feel if we called them they could resolve most of the problems. In addition, we had to have the rental company send a courier with pool bands and the lady acted rude about it. That did surprise us because when we called to make reservations and ask questions everyone was really nice.

Luau is a great property and the condo is in good condition. The VRBO description does not explain that it's essentially a one bedroom condo & a separate one bedroom suite somewhat connected. You enter both sections of the condo through separate locked doors. It's not truly a 2 bedroom condo, which is what this family with small children was looking for. Our kids had to sleep on the sofa bed.

The condo unit at Luau was perfect for my family. SanDestin was a great resort with plenty of activities and amenities. Unfortunately it was not made clear that at SanDestin you MUST have an amenity card that only the resort will provide through their reservation system to use the tram, rent beach chairs, or get discounts on kayak and bike rentals. This proved to be a huge inconvenience. I would recommend staying at SanDestin resort only if you can secure the use of an amenities card.

Although not beach front, this property had a very nice view of the water and an excellent price. There was plenty of room, all the conveniences of home and just steps from the luxury pool and beach front. All in all an awesome stay. Thanks.

Everything was perfect, including food, stay, amenities. The only exception would be the cost of resort bicycles. I have a family of 6 and the cost for us to take a pleasure stroll over to the bay would be $72 with 10% Discount! $14 a Bike before discounts is understandable for 2 adults for the day, but SanDestin Resort makes it impossible for a large family to enjoy the bicycles. There should be a package deal, where the max a family should pay is $35-$40 which I still think is steep. Overall, great stay, but the bicyles on the resort seemed to really tug at my wallet.

If you are looking for a world class unforgettable vacation or just need a place to lay low and reflect on things, this is the place. I have traveled all over the country and this is by far the best overall complete package in one location. From the way Best Beach Get-A-Ways handles the process to the location and condition of the property, it was complete perfection. I am not typically this impressed with my experiences but being an executive myself, I appreciate it when everything just comes together like this. I encourage you to stop looking for a place to stay and just go ahead and book your stay here at Luau in Sandestin.
