This unit has a gorgeous view. The decor is nice enough but carpets could use a deep cleaning if not replacing. We love Topsl and felt good about our stay because it was during off season and paid avery reasinable rate for the week. However, if we were paying top dollar for prime time of year we would have been disappointed about condition and cleanliness of the unit.

The condo is very large and accomadated our family size. However, All of the rugs were filthy and the comforters all had stains on them which made it feel gross to sleep in the beds. The beds are ALL hard as rocks and very, very uncomfortable so much so that my husband and I slept on the couches 2 nights. There are not enough pots and pans and baking sheets. My main issue was the cleanliness of the rugs and comforters...I am still turning my nose up just thinking of them.

We go to the Destin area in September every year. The Tides at Tops'l is by far the best place we have stayed. We had a 3 bdr that was just absolutely huge and the living room area was nothing but large windows overlooking the ocean and pools. Price was only $300 a night which is really good for a super nice 3 bdr condo with a great location. We were only 1.2 miles from the grocery stores and the largest outdoor mall I've ever seen. We will definitely be staying at Tides at Tops'l next year.

We had a wonderful vacation. Very relaxing. The view is absolutely gorgeous. The living space is very large which is wonderful for kids to play. Only thing missing is a DVD player for a rainy day.

Loved it overall. Great size and location. Decorating and general condition wasn't the best i have ever seen, but everything else about the property made it no big deal. We would rent again.

Major issue we had was that on , it mentioned that we were to be included in the Tops'l program, where we were to receive one free Dolphin Cruise, Deep Sea Fishing excursion, etc. per day, but never received any of it. I went to work out in the gym and was turned away. It left me feeling that we didn't get what we paid for. Very disappointing.
