This propety has a Saturday to Saturday requirement during Spring Break and a three night minimum over holidays. **The 4th of July requires a weekly stay** All other times there is no minimum requirement.

We had a very nice stay in 1950. Very comfortable and clean. Since the weather was fabulous, we did not spend too much time in the condo. Beach service was great. Only downfalls were the exercise room needs some severe updates (treadmill was jerky and stopped frequently), construction noice nearby woke us up hours before we had planned and the patio furniture was less than adequate. All in all, Newman-Dailey services and correspondences were very professional and clear. Will use them again!

What a terrific time we had! A beautiful condo with everything you could want,a nicely equipped kitchen, wonderfully comfortable bedrooms each with their own television...and the TV in the living room...Wow! A sugar white beach right outside our door, dolphins passing by every day, wonderful beach service. On the days when it was too cold to be on the beach, the pool was nicely heated so my daughter could swim. A fantastic fruit basket waiting for us as well as a bottle of wine...what a nice touch! We also got to meet Sylvia and her husband...such gracious hosts! Thank you for sharing your slice of heaven...we will be back!

This condo was absolutely gorgeous with gorgeous views. The week we were there, the weather was mostly cold and windy and I was very happy staying inside, watching the beach and ocean from the comfortable living room. I don't think I've ever felt that way before! Our son loved having his friends over to show the condo off and we entertained one evening and our guests were "wowed" with the views. We felt very special being guests here and highly recommend it. The owner was so thoughtful and nice, bringing a beautiful basket of fruit that we ate all week. I can't say enough about the week's experience. The location was perfect as well!

We were thrilled with the penthouse! The view was amazing and so was the beach. The bed in the master bedroom was soft and felt really luxurious and it was wonderful to wake up and see the water from my bed every morning. One morning we even saw two dolphins! My whole family enjoyed our stay and we were very comfortable. It was clean and beautiful and we all felt spoiled. The owners were great people as well - very kind. We loved the amenities card that came along with our rental. We used the amenities card every day at The Track (my kids loved it) and my husband golfed twice. We also took the dolphin cruise on the Seablaster. Overall it was fabulous and I was sad when our vacation was over!

Owners husband & wife were sensational...even with a "welcome gift basket" no less! Huge 2500 sq ft penthouse, state of the art Home Theater TV system, water filtration,are just two of the many amenities. The balcony view accentuates Destin's beaches and sunsets.

Newman-Dailey Resort Properties always delivers great service.
The condo was great. Master Bath needs some upgrades (shower, Bidet not working). Kitchen could use some more pans (i.e. small and large saute pans.
The view from the 19th floor awesome, nice to have secured elevator, no time wasted in waiting for car.
Beach was the absolute best, great attendents.
Would like to see guest not hang towels on their balconies (only saw about 3-4 units continuoulsy do this, really distracts from the building)

This place handled our three couples very well. Lots of space and the kitchen and dining room were a hit because we ate in most nights. The front balcony was wonderful. We sat out there after dinner every night. There were some small maintenance issues but not enough to stop recconding this condo. The owners were very gracious. They really wanted to make our stay great. Mission accomplished! The place was well appointed. They didn't cut corners. It was really worth the extra money for this penthouse.

This was by far the nicest beach condo we've seen to date, and we've spent a lot of time on the beaches. It is very tastefully decorated, and well kept. Staying here will very likely become an annual trip for our family.

Sylvia was an excellent host. We thought the condo was very
nice and homie. We stayed with our two daughters and their
husbands. You had lots of privacy the way it is setup.
We all were very satisfied with our stay. The only problem
was it came to and end and we had to go back to reality.
It truly is a beautiful view of all God's wonderful creation. I would recommend it to anyone and I plan on going
back again. -

We love the place. We have stayed there two years in a row. The house was very clean and high end. I recommend keeping spices and some other non perishables in the house & a first aid kit.

The condo has a really large central living area with the most faulous views through walls of sliding glass doors. The master bedroom has the same views and the balcony is hugh, wrapping around the top floor condo from living area to master bedroom.

Not a negative word to say...Staff was great, polite, and very accomodating in our needs...Would definetly stay at Jades East again in the near future...Property very well maintained, clean , and is located near just about everything you would need..The only thing I might recommend would be a larger washer and Dryer!!! With 7 girls hard to keep things washed and dry in a timely manner...Thanks Again for A WONDERFUL stay:)

Our family rents a condo in Destin every year at the beginning of summer break from school. This was by far our favorite for the price. Other properties
offer penthouse condos at much higher prices, but not necessarily better accomodations. This unit is very nice, in a good location and the walk to the beach is just out the back door.
